We have a excellent experience in the house. The house is quiet and tidy. House keeper Jana prepared the delicious chocolate. we really love it！ The kitchen is very convenient for cooking. the bed is very soft and all instructions when checking is clear to follow up！ thanks.

Fantastic view of Dunitin city. Comfortable and warm, well preparation before our arrival. If I visit Dunitin again in future, I'll stay here again.

Very clean and comfy home. Erin is an exceptional and thoughtful host. I appreciate the things she did to make us feel at home. For example there’s a nespresso machine, milk, juice, jam, bread, cereal, available in the fridge for us. There were also many books and magazines if you wish to stay indoors to read. Her place is about 15 min away from Dunedin and it’s a farm stay, which makes it special and quiet. Do note there’s no stove, washer/dryer as well which was fine with us.

This is a very nice apartment in beautiful surroundings. It overlooks the hills and the water. Lots of nature right outside your window. Don't be daunted by the long uphill driveway. You'll enjoy the results. We wish we'd had more time to walk some of the paths on the property. The property is most convenient for visiting the wildlife centers on the peninsula to see penguins, seals, and albatross. Sean gave us some tips on where to go in addition to the official centers. He also left us some delicious tomatoes from his garden!

Very comfortable and clean. Chris was very generous with our choice of breakfast. As cooks we were delighted to find a wok and rice cooker amongst the pots and pans. Our group of 4 would definitely stay here again.

Loveday's house is just as beautiful as in the photos. It feels quite new and is well insulated and sealed against the elements. There was wood for the fire and three portable heaters which were plenty enough. We loved the decorating and views out over the creek below. There are so many different species of birds in the garden it was amazing. Walking to the beach took minutes in a beautiful location. There are two bathrooms and a bath which was handy. There isn't a TV or WiFi , and my phone reception was one bar if that is a dealbreaker for you, but that meant we really switched off, relaxing, reading and getting a full night's sleep, which was quite restorative and better than watching the idiot box or doom scrolling on the socials. Loveday left chocolates and a great list of local places to go and eat. There are 12 long shallow steps down from the road amongst a rainforest and outdoor shower, which was a lovely entrance to the house. Great deck and more, ta!

Edward is awesome! We had a little problem when checked in, but he came to the apartment right away to help us solve it. Enjoyed the cosy and quiet night. Great location, everything just close by. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Mike's place. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. There's everything that you need! Very clean. Walking distance to the city center (we didn't have a car so definitely a plus!)

No place better in Dunedin

Rebecca’s place was in a pleasant, suburban neighbourhood. It was was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you might need. Rebecca was friendly and responded quickly to requests. Rebecca and family live upstairs and there is some noise transference at times but nothing beyond normal family living.
