Fabulous place to stay. Walking distance to town, restaurants, university and museum. Edward is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed.

Comfy and clean, had everything we needed for a great 2 night stay. Well stocked kitchen and the kids were impressed with the size of the TV! Easy access to the city for all the attractions and places to eat - The Best Cafe was a great find for gluten free fish and chips! Thanks for having us :)

Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

Christine’s place was excellent for us, convenient for getting to our locations. No parking at the location, but easy enough to park on the street. Christine was very nice, we didn’t need anything from her but it would have been easy if we had.

Loved the location for the view & privacy. Great beds, quilts & curtains for good night sleep. Everything you need. Issues connecting to wifi & Rachael rectified this promptly

We have a excellent experience in the house. The house is quiet and tidy. House keeper Jana prepared the delicious chocolate. we really love it！ The kitchen is very convenient for cooking. the bed is very soft and all instructions when checking is clear to follow up！ thanks.

Elena went out of her way to look after us. We were not only offered an early check in, but it was no problem to check out a bit later also. the place is warm, extrememly clean and tidy, comfortable and very well appointed. the beds were very comfortable and we treated ourselves to a soak in the bath. we would book and stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful location, peaceful and very spacious. Toni's place had everything we needed, and plenty of space to enjoy both outside and in. Very clean and well decorated. Easy 5min drive to historic Port Chalmers, a perfect place to stop just outside the city. Highly recommend!

Neil’s place was great, exactly as it looked in the photos. The location is great, easy walking distance to shops & eateries particularly those in and around the Octagon. Neil’s instructions were clear & he was very responsive to our messages.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

This apartment was just right for us. Walkable to town centre and many attractions, eg, Dunedin historic train station, Settlers Museum, and close to bus stops for St Clair, Otago Museum. Lovely conversion of a wharf building, elevator to 2nd floor apartment, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Great shower. Reliable and fast WiFi. Efficient communication. Helpful that we could leave bags in ground floor store after check-out. Helpful recommendations for cafes and eateries; we didn't get further than Tart Tin for coffee as their cakes are so good. We enjoyed Dunedin very much, and this comfortable apartment helped us have a great experience.

Threave house is a wonderful place to stay in central Dunedin. This historic Hose was converted into flats a long time ago, and the one I stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Dunedin is well know for its historic architecture. Threave house is a well preserved part of that history. The bus runs frequently and is right there. Or, a 15 minute walk will get you to the octagon and the heart of the cbd. And if you have a car there is plenty of street parking adjacent to the house. Great experience. Highly recommended.
