We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

It felt like home to us.. great stay of u travel with big families on a land trip. The neighborhood is near the mall and there are a lot of restaurants around. Definitely coming back to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at sir Jed's place, which was well worth the price. It truly felt like home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The host was exceptionally accommodating, responsive, and even provided complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood was charming, with a nearby sari-sari store for convenience. I highly recommend this property, especially for couples seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat. It would also be ideal for those working remotely, as it offers a cozy and conducive environment. In fact, I would love to rent it long-term if I had the opportunity. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. The only minor drawback was the location, as it is a bit farther from the city center. However, having a motorcycle made this less of an issue for us. Overall, I’d rate our stay 11/10. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. Definitely a hidden gem!

Booked the place because the photos looked nice and it did not disappoint in person. The room was clean and love the interior. I also love that it’s a bit away from downtown—it was peaceful. Mons was also responsive and always checks in throughout the stay.

The house itself feels like a home away from home, with comfortable beds, great amenities, and a relaxing garden area. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDO.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

If you need a place to stay that feels like home, then this is the best place.
