Kavarna : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

L'appartement est idéalement situé, les sites d'intérêts à Varna étant facilement accessibles depuis ce point. Nous avons apprécié la convivialité d'Elena et le fait que l'appartement soit équipé de plein de petites choses qui ont facilité notre séjour (serviettes, literie, produits d'hygiène de base, sachets de thé, etc) En revanche si vous avez besoin de silence pour dormir envisagez de choisir un logement un peu plus éloigné de l'allée principale, qui est très touristique et animée le soir. Personnellement, ça ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Merci encore Elena !

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. 😊 Die Unterkunft war super und Ivan immer zu erreichen. Wenn es Probleme gab, kümmerte sich Ivan direkt um eine Lösung! Die Kommunikation mit Ivan im allgemeinen war super. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit, super Service und ein toller Vermieter sind hier gegeben! 😊

Super séjour passé chez Svetoslav. L'appartement est très spacieux. En revanche, pas de place de stationnement contrairement à l'annonce. Tout le reste était très bien

One of the nicest places on the resort, garden view of the 9th hole and amazing view of the sunrise. This place felt like home for the 3 nights we were there. Nikolay is a great example of how a host should be on Airbnb. We will be back!!

Gancho was a lovely host, he was welcoming and gave us clear information using his phone to translate and bridge the language barrier. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the small apartment, it was clean and met our needs perfectly. The place is across the road from the beach and not far from the Main Street of shops. Lovely place to stay, lovely host.

We really loved our stay at Tudors place. We didn't get a lot information from the woman who gave us the keys and had some trouble with the hot weather but Tudor gave us all the missing information via text messages. The place is close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed every moment Highly recommend!!

Parfait ! Très accueuillant et les informations données sont claires et précises. L’hôte a des notions de français. L’endroit est vraiment propre et on nous a laissé énormément d’espace de vie, de plus nous avons tout à disposition à l’étage (cuisine complète, lave linge, salle de bain...) Grand plus, l’espace extérieur est complet (douche, WC, frigo, machine à café…). Nous reviendrons probablement.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar. Además está muy bien equipado, amplio y cómodo. Romiana siempre respondió rápido a mis mensajes, y tanto ella como su pareja fueron muy receptivos para resolver cualquier inconveniente. Lo unico, al alojamiento se accede mediante unas escaleras (cosa que se menciona en el anuncio), no muy cómodas en caso de tener niños pequeños con carrito.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

Șederea în Bojuret a fost minunată, loc liniștit, priveliște frumoasă spre mare, plajă din Topola ,Heros beach este superbă, cu apă curată și priveliște superbă. Casa e dotată cu tot ce trebuie, curată, situată intr- o zonă liniștită, dar poziția de gps nu e cea corectă. În aceste zile toride, casa are nevoie să fie dotată cu aer condiționat pt ca ventilatoarele nu fac față. Mulțumim pt casa minunata pusa la dispoziție.

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

The apartment definitely offers an excellent bang for the buck - clean, neat, spacious. The location is excellent with good opportunities to park your car for free. If you want to use the public transport, there are few bus lines nearby. Local stores are no more then a 3 min walk away. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The only remark I would leave is the it would have felt cozier if there were coffee capsules and small shampoos and shower gels at disposal at arrival. Other than that, I have no complaint.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

Отличные за свою цену апартаменты. Замечательное место - шаговая доступность ко всем необходимым местам (кафе, рестораны, морской парк, море/пляж, супермаркет, исторический центр города и т.п.) и при этом очень тихое спокойное расположение. Удобная для сна кровать. В наличии есть практически все необходимое для проживание. Смело рекомендую!

Ce logement est très bien situé, à l'angle d'un boulevard touristique, à 10mn à pieds de la plage. Une décoration soignée, de la très belle vaisselle, une cuisine très bien équipée, une literie confortable, la douche dans la chambre et les toilettes séparées sont très appréciables. Le petit patio dans la chambre est pratique pour faire sécher du linge, et donne vue sur la mer. Le seul bémol c'est l'ascenseur qui est très bruyant et qu'on entend dans la chambre.
