The flat is very good, and so is the view. The flat is well maintained and spacious. The Private terrace is quite good. The host and the caretaker were good and easily accessible. Made themselves available both during check-in and check-out. Though there is no covered car parking, the host arranged street parking just outside the apartment complex. Only negative is the street where it is located. It is bit narrow (good enough for cars though) and the surroundings are not that great. However, the easy access to the beach and the main center, and the flat make up for this negative. There is no issue getting into the flat late night (as someone had mentioned in one of the reviews). You are given keys and one can enter and exit anytime. Overall, a nice experience and we (a group of 4) have enjoyed the stay.

Debbie is a Perfect Airbnb host and can say that from the way the house is kept for guests like meticulous details about the house etc...Iam sure it must have come from her vast experience in handling different sorts of people. Though there was some confusion in confirming some details she was flexible enough to handle the situation very well.. I can go on and on. overall nice experience in staying at Debbies beautiful pothanur house and wishes for her to continue to host many people..

About property :- Our stay experience was fantastic, right in front of beach as visible in pictures which is just 50 mtr away. The places that are the heart of city (rock beach, beach road , white town) are at a walkable distance making it an accessible location. It has all the amenities one can think of and which probably could not be add in the web page. Ample parking space on road side. We came with family and kids and it was wonderful experience. Home away from home with all facilities round the clock with Swiggy , Zomato and even Swiggy Insta mart. About Host :- Nishtha and Mudit are amazing host. Their warm welcome just set the tone right for our vacations. They also guided us in a way to explore maximum places, the most convenient way in our short span of stay. Many thanks to their quick responses most of the time😊. We strongly recommend this homestay as location and host, both are super cool 😎hope it helps.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb near Rock Beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to White Town and all the vibrant cafes. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful vibe that made our trip even better. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us! We as a group of 6 has found this gem of the stays over a long weekend.This is situated around 1 KM from both bus station and railway station and located in a peaceful street. Beach is in walkable distance, and this stay is close to shops and eataries. The rooms and flat are maintained so well and feels like home. All appliances are in good working condition. Kitchen is a plus for those looking to tackle the midnight hunger or that quick chai for those on vacation. The host is so responsive on the messages and quick to share the required information or resolve queries. Ms. Jaya has been a delight to deal with during our vacation.
