Wonderful place and fantastic environment. Devaiha the guest and his family were very nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner supplied by them was hot and delicious. They were very helpful in advising us about the various recreational areas , temples etc. the stay matched that of the website. Very clean and beautiful. Would recommend people to book the stay for a peaceful stay. Thanks Devaiha and Priya for a wonderful stay. Rajesh too was helpful

What a special place! The hosts are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We were so grateful for the delicious food (!!!! seriously amazing!), fine company, visits with pets, and recommendations about ways to spend our time in Kotagiri. We went to the tea factory and explored Ooty, and we had a great time on the toy train! We also ventured out to try to see elephants and tigers--super fun for our kids. The home is a tranquil space perched above the tea fields! We also spent a day simply soaking in the sunshine and air while watching the mountains and sun. This is a lovely place to be to experience this region--can't recommend it more!

None of us felt like returning to Bangalore after spending 4 days at KMR Villa - that sums up how wonderful our stay was! Whether it be the amazing location, the well-furnished house, the ever-receptive and quick-to-actionise caretaker Babu, the ever-obliging masterchef Shantha or the crisp and timely responses to any clarifications by Rachna – you name it, it gets done quickly. One must appreciate the poster snippet that Rachna shared ahead of the trip summarising everything including multiple alternate contact details to reach out to so that her unavailability while being in a different time zone doesn’t hinder anything. Tastefully done and spread across 2 floors with an amazing view from the balcony, the sprawling tea plantations and the tranquility throughout the day in the midst of so much of nature – words cant truly express how fabulous our experience was. Getting to see an entire herd of gaurs up close was indeed the sherry on the cake. We would love to stay here again!!

Had a great stay. Veena was very responsive and the caretaker was quite helpful. the caretaker arranged everything properly from bonefire to kitech utensils and helping with getting a few last minute groceries from nearby shop. Overall, we had a blast. Highly recommended

we spent 2 nights in the 1bhk villa. the property is everything as described and more. breathtaking views from the balcony, very spacious house, clean and had all the required amenities. We didnnot go out much, spend our evenings listening to music and singing along - a beautiful common area and a speaker were perfect compliments. I made friends with a couple of monkeys too:) if you love nature, and are not too used to hotel stays, this is a perfect place to stay at Wayanad Special shout out to Kamar and Vinod for being such warm and friendly hosts. The food and services were amazing. Had a great time here.

Had a great time at Arun's in Forestree, my family really enjoyed the environment in which his place is situated. It is a wonderful experience to destress away from the hustle and bustle in the lap of mother nature at Forestree. I definitely recommend people to book their stays here.

Beautiful Property with an amazing view. Works well if you have a private vehicle. The sunrise from the property is unmatched. The caretaker Udhay is very polite and helpful. Overall it was worth to rent this place out.

Really great view and the caretaker Abhijith was very attentive. WiFi can be a bit patchy but it's ok. Really enjoyed our stay, you get an incredible view from every bedroom (and every bedroom has ensuite bathroom and shower). Lovely tea plantation location.

Had an amazing stay with our pet at Nath Villas. Nestled in the coffee plantation amidst nature the location is really private and peaceful for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The place had all the amenities required and is near to markets, restaurants and famous places in Wayanad. Mini was really helpful throughout our stay and helped with all the little details.Would recommend 100%.

We had a great time here. Resort is beautiful and offers plenty of activities for the kids. They have Indian and Italian restaurants offering plenty of options for kids. The staff is friendly.

Stay at this place was awesome and peaceful as it is right in between coffee plantations away from hustle and bustle of the town. It has all necessary amenities with very active host and caretaker who are just a call away if you need anything. Best thing is the sound of water flowing from the nearby rivulet. Enjoyed our stay alot!

This is a great place to relax and find some peace. There are lots of activities available to enjoy. The food is a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the experience. I absolutely loved the vibe of my stay!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location was peaceful and serene, about 30 mins away from Mysuru. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of seven. We especially loved the open, airy living spaces and the beautiful views of the surrounding farms. The tranquility here made it a great place to unwind and connect with nature. Jaggruthi was incredibly welcoming and responsive, answering all out queries patiently. We also appreciated the availability of home cooked meals and barbeque, which were truly delicious. Special mention to the caretakers, Ganesh and Geetha, who made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a peaceful, spacious retreat surrounded by nature, this place is perfect. We can’t wait to return!

The container house was extremely good with a very beautiful view point. It gets chilly in the evening but the beautiful view weighs it all. The amenities were exactly as listed. The host was quite welcoming and felt like family. A good place to stay if you are coming with family. Closer to the beauty of nature and equipped with security, this place was true to its value and previous reviews.

We (4 adults and a child) had an amazing time at Ambat Farmstay. We booked Naren’s place as it is an operational farm (cows, chicken, dogs). But more importantly our residence just blew our minds. Interiors are tastefully done and clean. Grounds around the house are well maintained. There is a pond and a river nearby which you can walk down to. We also asked for food to be arranged. And again extremely tasty meals. North or South Indian. Loved the pancakes. Finally, we were under the impression that there is not much to do nearby. But Naren told us that there are a few waterfalls, dams, treks nearby that we could do. Given our short duration we opted for Meenuvallam waterfalls. Beautiful!!!! All in all an awesome experience. Thank you Naren for having us.

This place is magical. From when we walked in, we felt like this was wonderland. Everything here is Natural, Serene and Simple. The best part is the plants, birds and trees. They are just so many. Not to forget the delicious food by aunty and team. This homestay literally has everything you need to relish the good life of living in the hills. Whenever you get a chance don't miss this spot. The hosts are chill, the space is fun, the games are plenty and the best part, tipsy, their Labrador is a cutie. Also, the bed swings damn well :)

We had an amazing experience at Hornbill Roost, there were 6 of us and there is ample space at the property. We loved the plantation and greenery in the backyard. But above all, we loved the homely environment. Bichulal’s mother prepared delicious breakfast for us every morning. The house and used utensils was cleaned daily upon request. Bichulal also arranged a birthday cake for one of our friend since there were no cakeshops nearby. We loved this gesture of his. This is a must stay property!

This was the best decision ever. Lala farmland is a one stop for all aspects that make a vacation fulfilling. From the beautiful location, to the super responsive and friendly host and staff (special mention to Chacko sir) to the courtesies extended by them, it was a wholesome experience. Would love to come back sometime and experience the warmth all over again! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Wayanad.

The serene environment and the lush green tea gardens was a real feast to our eyes. If you want to spend some days amidst nature without any disturbances this is a perfect place to stay with a responsive host.

Excellent place to unwind yourselves with lush green coffee estates all around. The place itself is aesthetically done. Four smart and friendly dogs are always there to guide you. Nachi cooks some nice wood fired pizzas as well.

Great home stay at the farm anand was polite and respectful. Surroundings are great and few new ammenties are being added as well. Only thing that did not sit right with me was the high cost of food in proportion to the quantity and quality been to many home stay till date never seen such high cost,needs some improvement here.
