Excellent place. Very quiet and the internet is fast.

We arrived, after landing at the airport at 3 am, extremely early with an Uber and had no problems at all checking in and catch some needed sleep immediately. The apartment is cozy, practical and has everything you might need. We had a mild problem with the laundry machine, which was sold swiftly due to excellent communication with the host. Also, after we forgot important items after our checkout, the host deposited them at the security for us to retrieve them later on our tour through the country. I can definitely recommend this accommodation for a stay in Nairobi.

Kenji is responsive and friendly, allowed for flexible check-in. Apartment is in good location and has a washing machine. Working desk was there as well. The only issue with the apartment is that it's hard to find a time slot when it's not booked by someone else! :-) I'd come back.

Excellent view and location. The building personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Allowed use of their hotel van if needed. Absolutely loved the rooftop bar, infinity pool, sauna and gym. Also enjoyed the private rooftop areas. Lower restuarant staff were delightful and friendly. Food was very well prepared. We had breakfast at the hotel when there. Our safari guides knew the hotel so we’re always on time and ready for us. My family had a top tier experience and can’t wait to return!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home! The location was perfect for us, with easy access to Kilimani restaurants and shopping markets. George was an exceptional host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including [mention any extras, like snacks, toiletries, or local recommendations]. Pamela's place is a home away from home. I came in with my bags and she had everything I needed. Linen was clean, plenty towels, cleaning detergent, bathroom tissue. The kitchen had full utensils, pots pans plates,...cups, mugs, tea bags sugar, coffee maker and kettle for tea. Very Well stocked. The laundry section had detergent, in case you forgot yours and she made it a point to feel free to use. Her shower was clean, hot water always available. Security to the place was top notch, with access to gym, play room for kids, reading room, restaurant downstairs access to other places was easy. Very peaceful and quiet. Recommend this 10/10...!!!! Amazing Experience and Exceptional Service

My stay at Maureen’s Marvel house was awesome. The place is as shown in the photos. The place is clean, with clean furniture, kitchen well equipped. Having two beds was especially helpful for what I needed, worked perfectly. Maureen is a super host! She was quick to respond to inquiries regarding her house like when water was not heating in one bathroom a maintenance person was there in an hour. She gave me information on different issues as I requested including transportation, as a Kenyan but not lived in that locality before this was super helpful. Having spent almost a month in the house she allowed for later check out since my flight was in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. The only disclaimer on location is transportation as Ubers sometimes would refuse to go. The location itself is quite accessible but since the overall area is known to have some challenges accessing they would hesitate. Describing how near the road the house is helped. Thanks Maureen.

Julie is a responsive host and very welcoming. Her efforts to make sure my stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the top floor was stunning, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I truly appreciated Julie’s quick responses and thoughtful touches throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely, peaceful stay which was just what I needed, wished I could have stayed longer. A well considered, quiet haven with everything needed. Helen was a lovely host with great communication at short notice too. The extras of herbs and essentials were very much appreciated, thank you. I particularly enjoyed visits from Chewy the dog who would pop in for cuddles. Would definitely stay again.

The deck overlooking the lake is a very unique find in Nairobi. The neighbourhood is very safe and great for walking and close to eg Village Markrt for shopping.

Florence is an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and very supportive throughout our stay. The apartment is really nice, big and clean. The location is also good near Yaya center and China town. The Coffee & Bagel shop also have a very nice coffee.
