What a view! We felt like we were sitting in a postcard. The rooms were spacious and the whole space was clean. The one small thing to note is that both bathrooms are on the bottom floor. The third floor bedroom was still great but a bit of a trek down in the middle of the night. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back next time we’re in NZ!

What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful view, easy to access, quiet and centrally located for activities around Queenstown. Yatish was very responsive to any questions we had and made the process of check in/ check out very easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful place and an amazing location.

Probably our favourite Airbnb ever. It ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location: outside the town but walkable to town in about 25 minutes on the lakeside Queenstown Track, and it’s on the slope below the main road into town, so you don’t see or hear the traffic. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you could look at for hours. It has comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers so you’re not constantly trying to remember where things are. It’s easy to get in, with access by code so you don’t have to worry about keys or cards. It has convenient parking. It has good bikes that you can take out - we rode to the Kelvin Peninsula on the other side of the bay. There’s lots of room to spread out. The host’s representative replied right away when we had questions. It’s not cheap but it is so worth it.

Good accommodation in a good location for our family of 5. Walking distance / short drive to town and good location for being able to get to the ski slopes. Ged was always helpful and responsive. We had a great holiday.

We had the most incredible stay at Victoria’s space! The smell from the fresh florals was such a unique and wonderful touch. The space was designed so well and the views of the mountains and the lake are just breath taking. It’s across the street from the most incredible restaurant that Victoria suggested (The Sherwood) and we ended up going back 2 nights in a row to try everything on the menu. The proximity from town is great, you can walk if you are feeling like some exercise or it’s a quick 5 min drive/ uber. We also enjoyed an afternoon swimming off the dock in the refreshing waters of the lake. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

It was really nice stay and had perfect vacation there. All rooms were very clean and enough space for my 3 years old kid to play in living area. Key points are below. 1. Bus stop is just in front of place and we have traveled to city and other places easily. 2. All kitchen accessories help us to cook at home and bbq was awesome. 3. Good scenic view of lake and mountains. 4. Small park is available in front of the house to play with pets and kids. Regards Raushan

Of course! Here’s the revised review with “near 360-degree”: We had an amazing stay at Joe’s home! The house is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. One of the highlights was the upstairs hangout space, which offers near 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect, right next to a walking trail, making it easy to get outside and enjoy nature. The sunsets and sunrises here are breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place. Sarah and Jon’s place was absolutely fabulous! If anything, it was better than described. The home is secluded yet a short drive to Queenstown. The standout feature is the unobstructed view of the lake through floor to ceiling glass doors that can open to bring in nature. The outdoor yard is HUGE! It looks to be nearly an acre. My 10 year old daughter enjoyed the trampoline and playground in the yard. Even the chickens have their own forest to reside in. We had fresh eggs for breakfast and picked fresh strawberries from the yard. The house is very modern and clean and Sarah and Jon were very thoughtful and provided some essentials in the fridge/cupboard for breakfast upon arrival. Within a short walk, there is a large playground complete with free zip line for kids that my 3 children loved. You can even view it from your living room. Wonderful hikes are a short walk or drive away. I would not hesitate to ever stay here again. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Brigit's cozy home in Queenstown! The house was spotless and welcoming, with a peaceful backyard offering gorgeous views – we loved starting our mornings in that serene space. Brigit made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality. Though we mostly explored independently, she was always responsive when needed. The real highlight was Pipi, her affectionate Labrador who became our daily dose of joy – her happy greetings and gentle nature added such warmth to our trip. This quiet retreat gave us the perfect base to recharge after Queenstown adventures. Thank you, Brigit and Pipi, for sharing your lovely space with us. We’d happily return just to enjoy that view (and those dog cuddles!) again!
