We were in town for a concert and girls weekend. The barn was perfect! Clean, just enough out of the way location, we'll thought out extras included. The outdoor sitting area was so peaceful! Thank you so much. Also, just for fun, other guests should play: I spy 🕵️‍♀️ find the morrel mushroom 🍄.

This place was amazing!!! It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend trip! Everything was perfect, clean and exactly as described. We will for sure be back again!

It was so easy to checkin the home . I let them know what time we would be arriving and they sent codes and Wi-Fi password with plenty of time. Very comfy beds and quiet neighborhood.We will rebook again😊

Oh goodness, where to start! This place was beautiful, inside and out! Very spacious, 2 very nice bathrooms, amazing large back yard and lots of things to do from cornhole to Connect Four and Hot Wheels! We spent most of our time here sleeping (between concerts) but would have loved just to relax and enjoy all that this house had to offer. Shelley even left us a batch of yummy brownies as a welcome gift! Shelley was very responsive, super friendly and easy to work with. This is the only place I want to stay the next time I come to Ponca.

Wonderful romantic little cabin near Kaw lake. We lived sightseeing in Ponca Cory-the Marland Mansion is a must-so are Kaw lake sunsets. We will definately be back in the summer so we can swim and explore some more.

We happened to be the first guests to stay here. It was a very well done, well put together home with all the bells and whistles. Douglas communicated well throughout our stay. He was always very accommodating. Everything in the home—from the comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, ice machine, everything you may need in kitchen, garage to park in, beautiful sunsets, peaceful surroundings— 10/10. I hope to return and stay again.
