We loved our stay here. The location, 15 mins from the ski resort and 10 mins from town was ideal. The house was warm and cosy, and having a garden meant our kids played in the snow when we got home from skiing which they loved. FYI: there was no dishwasher as listed, kitchen equipment was minimal (but local food is deeeeelicious) and the boiler switched off a few times but we were able to fix ourselves and it gives instant hot water. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Le logement est tout près de la montagne, parfait pour aller skier. L’endroit est calme. Il manquait quelques équipements mais Kubilay était très réactif.

This place was Amazing, looked exactly like the pictures, best service, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a good accommodation to stay or visit Cappadocia. This place located in Ortahisar areas, which is very close to Goreme.

Erciyes kayak tatilimiz için bu mekanı tercih ettik. Bundan sonra da tüm Kayseri seyahatlerimizde ilk tercihimiz burası olacak! Evin konumu hem pistlere hem de şehir merkezindeki muhteşem yemeklere ortalama 10-15 dakikalık mesafede. Kubilay ile de çok hızlı ve kolay bir iletişim kurduk. İhtiyaçlarımızın her konuda karşılanması ve çalışanların yardımseverliği çok çok iyiydi. Bu mekanı tüm Airbnb ailesine tavsiye ederim. İster ailece isterse arkadaşlarla güvenle bu mekanı tercih edebilirsiniz. Memnun kalacağınızdan eminim. Tekrar Kıbilay’a ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki kayak sezonunda görüşmek üzere.

Ev hem dağa hemde merkeze çok yakındı. Resımlerde görundugu gıbıydı. çok temiz ve konforlu bir evdi. Tüm taleplerimize anında destek oldular. Ev sıcacıktı. Keyıfli bir tatıl imkanı sundu. Kayseri'ye tekrar gelirsek yıne tercıh edecegımiz yer burası olacaktır.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed! We visited with a family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children aged 10 years and under). We loved our stay. It was super clean, comfortable and had the amenities we needed- baby cot, cooking utensils, TV, shower and bath. It was peaceful and an easy, short driving distance to Cappadocia’s highlights. There was a lovely garden for the kids to play and we even were baked a cake on arrival (and then a second birthday cake arrived when they found out it was my son’s birthday!) What wonderful hospitality! Thank you so much. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend y

We spent the most wonderful two weeks here! The space is cozy (nice and warm in the cold winter!), spacious, well-equipped, so comfortable, great internet for remote work and zoom calls, amazing bath, nicely decorated, peaceful, beautiful view, and just the sweetest and kindest and most welcoming hosts you could ever hope to meet. Serpil shared some of her amazing cooking with us which was unexpected and delicious, and Mithat (their son) was so helpful with any questions we had. We travel full time and this was one of the best stays we've ever had. It's perfect if you're self-driving too, as it has its own parking and it's so central, pretty much 10 minutes to most of the main attractions in Cappadocia. Highly highly recommend, and we hope to visit again!

It was a great place to stay with family, Ali was a great host, he helped for everything we needed.
