We loved our stay here. The location, 15 mins from the ski resort and 10 mins from town was ideal. The house was warm and cosy, and having a garden meant our kids played in the snow when we got home from skiing which they loved. FYI: there was no dishwasher as listed, kitchen equipment was minimal (but local food is deeeeelicious) and the boiler switched off a few times but we were able to fix ourselves and it gives instant hot water. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

had a great stay! the place was clean and had everything I needed. it's located close to the mountains, which is perfect for anyone who loves skiing. the neighborhood was so peaceful, and the interior design is just beautiful. i can imagine how amazing it would be here during winter – definitely looking forward to coming back! highly recommend!

Le logement est tout près de la montagne, parfait pour aller skier. L’endroit est calme. Il manquait quelques équipements mais Kubilay était très réactif.

Site şeklinde birçok villadan oluşan güzel bir yer. Mutfakta her mutfak eşyası ( çatal, kaşık,tabak, bardak, tencere, tava, kahve makinesi, çaycı vb herşey)mevcut asla dışarıdan yemek yemeğe ihtiyacınız yok. Evde rahatça hazırlayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çarşaflar yastık kılıfları gayet temizdi. Evde çamaşır makinesi ve kurutma makinesi mevcuttu. Her ne kadar Nisan ayında gitmiş olsakta hava soğuktu ve akşam kaloriferi açmak zorunda kaldık bu konuda yardım istedik anlayışla yardımcı Sitenin ortak bir havuzu var fakat henüz kullanımda değildi belki Mayıs ayından sonra açılır. Her evin kendine ait küçük bir bahçe alanı mevcut mangal yâda ateş yakilabilir. Villa da rahatça 6 kişiye kalabilirsiniz 3 tane tuvalet banyo var. Konum olarak Erciyes Dağı ile çarşı merkezinin tam ortasında kalmakta akşam dönerken market alışverişinizi yapın çünkü yakında bakkal yâda market gözükmüyordu. Kayseri'de kalınabilecek en iyi fiyat performans yeri diyebilirim.

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. The host was very welcoming and responsive, gave a lot of suggestions on things to do in the area. Staying here was a surreal experience because of the cave like features. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the airbnb was very spacious in general. The location was also good, a short walk from some restaurants and a 15m walk to main Avanos. I loved everything about this place and have no complaints at all!

Fantastic stay! the host is very responsive, friendly and helpful! he helped us out a lot of things and drove us around! the place has a very nice view and we get to enjoy some snow while the heating system worked perfectly. looking forward to return!

This is just a big, beautiful, private, quiet, well appointed cave suite filled with character. The whole complex of cave homes are beautifully laid out across multiple tiered levels with gardens and patios and privacy walls and old stone stairs between. This particular suite has a beautiful cathedral ceiling bedroom, a huge double rainfall shower and comfortable king bed. You can easily walk into a busy area of restaurants and shopping. Süha has lots of helpful suggestions for touring the area and eating out. We loved his place and will dream about coming back again!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hikmet's charming cave house. The interior was even more beautiful than the photos suggest, with thoughtful touches like ambient amber lighting and delightful vintage decorations. I particularly enjoyed starting each morning tuning the old radio while sipping coffee, which added to the unique atmosphere of the place. Hikmet proved to be an exceptional host from the very start, personally welcoming us at 2:30 AM after our late flight - a gesture we truly appreciated. The house was exactly as described and provided a cozy, comfortable base for our stay. Everything about our experience was fantastic, and we're already looking forward to returning someday. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and comfortable stay!

Our stay at the Labyrinth cave house in Urgup, Cappadocia exceeded all our expectations! As first-timers in a cave house, we were captivated by its unique charm. Mr. Suha's property is much more than just a rental - it's clear he's put thought and care into every detail to make guests feel right at home. The roomy and immaculately tidy interior provided everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable stay. From coffee and bottled water to toiletries, ample towels, and even slippers, Mr. Suha thought of everything! Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend this cave house. For anyone seeking a place to stay and have a one-of-a-kind experience in Cappadocia, this is the perfect choice!

Herşeyi ile mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev çok genişti.Her yer çok temizdi. Hiçbir eksik yoktu.Gerek mutfak gerek banyo ve tuvaletlerde ihtiyaç olan/olabilecek tüm malzemeler vardı ve hepsi çok kaliteliydi. Ev ısıtması çok iyiydi. Konumu merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Süha bey her konuda yardımcı oldu.Çok geç gelmemize rağmen girişte yardımcı oldu.Her şey için çok teşekkür.

je recommande ce logement a quiconque voudra visiter la Cappadoce. Idéalement situé vous êtes a moins de 30 minutes de la plupart des sites touristiques. Lieu très calme, 3 supermarché à côté du logement. Quand au logement, bien équipé. Un lit bien confortable. Juste petit manque de TV connectée pour ceux qui trouvent celà nécessaire. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

This is a simple and beautiful place to stay. The light is gorgeous and the space is quiet and private. We had a refrigerator and tea kettle and tea and coffee and were able to get some things from the market and also eat at some delicious restaurants, everything walkable. The heat and hot water and WiFi worked great. Turkan is a lovely and generous host.

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως φαινετε και στις φωτογραφίες.Αν θέλεις ΗΣΥΧΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΘΑΡΉ διαμονή είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος.Το ίντερνετ πολύ καλό!! Ο κύριος ΑCAN ΕΊΝΑΙ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΙΚΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΆΝΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΠΑΘΕΊ ΝΑ ΣΟΥ ΒΡΕΙ ΛΎΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΣΕ ΒΟΗΘΉΣΕΙ..Είναι περίπου 15 χιλιομετρσ από Γκιόρεμε. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Отличный вариант для тех, кто на машине. Расположены в тихом спокойном районе, при этом до центра Ургюпа можно дойти пешком. Просторные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Из окна по утрам видны воздушные шары. Единственное, первый день было холодно, дом прогрелся только к следующему дню.
