We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

The host is very much helpful before and during our stay.The place is amazingly beyond our expectation! what more during winter time, we cannot believe our eyes when we look at the view. the view is superb, the interior is well designed, the bbq is an unexpected bonus, the star gazing activity that we can do is something else. we believe staying here give a whole new and perspective to what almaty is, Far from the chaotic city life, our last 2 days in Almaty that we spend here is definitely the best desicion we ever make. We'll come back in Almaty just for this view again and again. In fact, we almost extend our stay here for another 2-3days just to stay here. The only thing stopping us was that when we check with airbnb, the place will be occupied after we check out. All in all, should you have doubt either or not to spend your money here, say no more and try it yourselves.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

Loved the property and the host was very prompt with any kind of queries we had during our stay. The caretaker was also very helpful and non intrusive. The location is a little secluded and on the outskirts of the city which comes with its pros and cons. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

The house is comfortable, has a good size for one or two people and it has all necessary utensils. Sultanbek is very fast in replying and easy to communicate, I totally recommend it while in Almaty.

One of the beat place to stay, I highly recommend for families. You have all the amenities in the villa. Pictures do not do justice to the place. Sanzhar was very helpful even offered us the ride back to airport. Thank for all his efforts. I highly recommend this place

Sebastian’s place was lovely! Wish I could have stayed for longer, I really fell in love with the apartment and the area - very central and easily walkable to many different areas and restaurants. Sebastien was also extremely helpful, very responsive and very friendly. He went above and beyond to help with a problem I had with the keys (my fault completely) and didnt expect anything in return. I 100% recommend him as a host and really enjoyed my stay at his house. Thanks!!

I had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was also very helpful with instructions and many recommendations for the area. I would surely recommend to anyone visiting!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Timur’s place. Our flight from India landed in Almaty around midnight, but Timur was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in, greet us warmly, and personally show us to the Airbnb. The check-in process was smooth, and the space itself was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. Waking up to the stunning mountain views from the 17th floor was an absolute highlight. The location couldn’t have been better—everything we needed, from supermarkets to restaurants and currency exchange, was just a short walk away. The apartment had all the comforts we needed: efficient heating, heated towel racks, a portable washing machine, and even a TV with Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would love to return during the summer. If you enjoy staying in a central location, I highly recommend this place!

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Наше пребывание в этом жилье было просто замечательным! Каныш очень приветливые и внимательные, он позаботилися о всех деталях, чтобы нам было комфортно. Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью оборудованной — все, что нужно для отличного отдыха. Местоположение тоже отличное, рядом с магазинами, кафе и достопримечательностями. Мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда в следующий раз! Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет комфорт и уединение.

Остановились здесь на пару дней, ни разу не пожалели о выборе квартиры. Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое. Хоть в описании и не указано, было самостоятельное прибытие с подробными инструкциями, за это отдельное спасибо:)

I used to live in Almaty, and can tell that this apartment is absolutely amazing, offering top-tier quality and a fantastic location that's perfect for exploring the area. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, exceeding all expectations. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive.

Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Квартира как на фото , возможно немного нужно подкорректировать детали , но они незаметны с таким уровнем сервиса и понимания клиента ! Благодарю 💙

The apartment is located in a high standing residence with a full secure access through the gate, no strangers can access the courtyard which is calm and nice. There is a drugstore and a supermarket on the ground floor. You wake up and go to sleep with an amazing view on the mountains. The location is a dream, everything is close to the apartment and you can walk to the historical center. If you dance shopping there is a huge high end mall Dostyk Plaza just in front. Venera is a very friendly and flexible person. I would definitely stay in her apartment again. 5/5. Happy to know this address in town.

Had a wonderful stay at Irina’s place! The apartment is quiet, peaceful, and impeccably clean. Irina provided clear and detailed instructions, making check-in seamless. The highlight of our stay was the stunning city-view terrace—it felt magical both in the morning and late at night.
