Удобная квартира, в хорошем районе. Очень теплая, батареи регулируются. Есть все необходимое. Осталась довольна пребыванием.

This place was comfortable, clean with modern appliances. Was very close to 24 hour restaurants, many small grocery stores and cafes. Walkable distance to the metro and mall. Definitely great for long stays and for a family. Host was very responsive and ready to help. It was a very relaxing place to be in and utterly enjoyed our stay.

Замечательный вариант проживания в Алмате. Очень чистая и аккуратная квартира. Вся мебель новая и стильная. Ванна, кухня, гостиная и спальная очень чистые. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно отмечу удобную кровать! Рядом много магазинов и ресторанов. До центра рукой подать. Остановки общественного транспорта также по близости. Сам жк также новый и красивый. Удобное заселение. Прекрасный вид на горы 🏔️ Также хозяйка очень дружелюбна и отзывчива. Надеюсь еще вернемся в эту квартиру 👍

The accommodation was fantastic and absolutely worth it . The host was super friendly and responsive and helpful. We left something in the apartment and asked her to keep it for a few days to pick it up again later on. It was no problem for her and now we got it back. Such a great host!! Highly recommend to stay at this Airbnb when you have the chance to visit Almaty.

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Провели неделю большой компанией в этом доме. Очень удобное расположение. До горнолыжных курортов от 30 до 50 минут. После целого дня проведенного на склонах, приятным бонусом было горячее джакузи на улице. До центра города 20-30мин. Район очень тихий и спокойный. Все возникавшие вопросы, решались очень оперативно. Неоценимая помощь оказывалась гувернанткой Жанар, в любое время была на связи. Гостиная очень большая, позволяет вечером проводить время большой компанией. Также очень приятным бонусом был поздний выезд без доп.оплаты.

Everything allright for that money

Raikan is one of the best airbnb hosts. She goes above and beyond a host would normally do. She was extremely helpful, she even helped us with our groceries and ordering food, better than our tour guide. It would be to any tourists great advantage to be hosted by her. Thank you Raikan, you made our stay easier. ❤️

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

I had a lovely greeting from the hosts. The place was beautiful with a great view, comfy bed, good aircon, and facilities. I Definite recommend this place.
