To bardzo wyjątkowe miejsce! ❤️ Samodzielne zameldowanie, a po przyjściu czekało na nas słodkie powitanie. Dom wyglada jak na zdjęciach. Jest czysto i bardzo przytulnie. Znajdziesz tam wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Dom jest położony w przepięknym miejscu - kilka kroków i widzisz morze! Na tarasie spotkasz koty, które z chęcią się do Ciebie przytulą. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócę:)

Perfect location and amazing view of the beautiful sunsets. Right across the street from a little beach that is not in the touristy zone. Theodore was a very nice and welcoming host.

Theodoros and Litsa were very nice and friendly. They were always ready to help and they offerd help even before we asked for. We stayed for 2 weeks and they used to massage me every few days to check on if we needed something. They came at the last day and said goodbye and wished us a safe flight. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described and we had enough bedsheets/towels/useful stuff in the kitchen.. etc. They had a jar of fruit, drinks and cooled water already in the fridge when we arrived. All in all, everything was wonderful! Thanks! :)

Çok temiz ve konforlu bir ev. Evin manzarası ve balkonu harika. Atina merkeze uzak ama en güzel plajlara 3 dk mesafede . Ev sahibi çok pozitif ve 7/24 ulaşılabilir. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Ο κύριος Μιχάλης και η σύζυγός του η κυρία Χρύσα ήταν ευγενεστατοι, μας ρωταγαν συνέχεια αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι επιπλέον και το ρωταγαν από την καρδιά τους. Δύο άνθρωποι πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακόμα πιο όμορφο από κοντά, πολύ περιποιημένο, φτιαγμένοε μεράκι. Νιώσαμε αμέσως σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο όμορφη φιλοξενία - διαμονή.

Outstanding hosts! Very responsive and helpful with things around the apartment or local recommendations. The apartment is spotless and brand new. Felt incredibly at home. It was the perfect mix of relaxing surroundings and walk distance to restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the coast with quick access to Athens as well.

Прожили 3 недели. Очень приятно провели время. Прекрасное расположение. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. Рядом супермаркет,бары,рестораны. В Афины ходит автобус через каждые 20 минут. Замечательная хозяйка,отзывчивая,всегда на связи. Ну и еще месные коты,доставили не мало радости! Рекомендуем! В следующем году,обязательно приедем снова!

exceptionnel accueil , studio spacieux , fonctionnel et tres propre. ideal pour un sejour avant de prendre un bateau pour les iles... hôte prevenant qui nous a proposé de venir nous chercher a l aeroport ainsi que de nous amener au ferry le matin. le fils de famille a assuré la traduction du grec en anglais !tres sympa ainsi que sa maman Nathalie. nous recommandons vivement

Vangelis’s place had everything we needed. It’s a lovely space, with a great balcony, sea view and beautiful sunsets. 5 mins from an excellent beach and close to good places to eat and shop from. Highly recommended!

Heleni and Kostos were very kind and friendly hosts (communicate only in Greek!). The house was exactly as depicted on the pictures, spotless, calm and well kept. Had everything we could need and more! A perfect place for a quick getaway, close to gorgeous beaches, will happily book again!

Super séjour, l’emplacement est idéal, calme et proche des plages magnifiques, de bons restaurants ainsi que de petites criques intimistes. Andrea est hyper accueillant, arrangeant et sympathique. L’appartement est très agréable. Je recommande vivement

Evi is an exceptionally kind, responsive, and discreet host, who made our stay feel truly like home. The peaceful surroundings and tranquil garden offer a serene retreat in nature, yet are just a five-minute drive from the main city. For anyone looking to explore the area, we couldn't recommend a better host or place to stay.

l' alloggio rifletteva esattamente la descrizione. la disponibilità nelle piccole riparazioni eccezionale. il padrone di casa è sempre stato molto presentpe per ogni piccola richiesta. la casa era in ottime condizioni ideale per famiglie.

Monsieur Alkis a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. L’appartement est bien situé à proximité des commerces, restaurants et offre une magnifique vue sur la plage de Saronida depuis la terrasse. De plus il y a un ascenseur ce qui est très apprécié quand il fait chaud et qu’on doit porter les courses :-)

We were thrilled with Efi’s Villa. It was spacious and luxurious beyond what we expected for a Greek home. It was amply roomy for our large group of 13 plus a baby. Though we spent much of our time outside, there are lots of rooms and sitting areas in addition to the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is enormous. The pool is as large as it looks in the picture, a real delight. The pool house is another dwelling and spacious. Efi helped me with so many things and I enjoyed getting to know her. Our son got married at a nearby venue, and this was a great place to relax in between events and to enjoy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement magnifiquement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Sa situation en bord de plage et sa proximité des commodités, à seulement 40 minutes d’Athènes, en font un lieu de vacances idéal. L’espace est lumineux et confortable, parfait pour se détendre tout en profitant de la vue sur la mer. Cependant, il est important de noter quelques points. L’appartement manque de certains équipements de cuisine tels qu’un couteau de cuisine, un micro-ondes, des dessous de plats et quelques accessoires complémentaires qui auraient été appréciés pour rendre le séjour encore plus pratique. De plus, pour les familles, cet appartement peut ne pas être le plus adapté et Il n’y a pas non plus de jeux ou de livres à disposition pour les petits. Malgré ces détails, notre séjour a été très agréable et je recommande cet appartement à ceux qui recherchent un cadre de détente moderne et bien situé.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a few steps from the main street where there are plenty restaurants and cafe as well as the port. The closest beach is only less 10 minutes by walking and there is also another beach (more beautiful) around 15-20 minutes by walking. There is a nice terrace with a jacuzzi and a table. Manolis has been responsive and her mother was very kind with us. I recommend this place and Kythnos.
