Kea-Kythnos : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος,φιλοξενος και περιποιημένος. Η περιοχή πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στο νησί. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και φιλόξενος Η θέα πολύ ομορφη!

πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες! νιωσαμε σαν στο σπιτι μας!!όλα ήταν άψογα! δεν έλειπε τίποτα! ωραίος χώρος,ήσυχος! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ που βοηθήσατε να δημιουργησουμε τόσο όμορφες αναμνήσεις για μια τόσο όμορφη στιγμή για εμάς! θα ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

We had a great 10 days family reunion. We enjoyed every moment. The house offers a home away from home feeling with a bit of Greek charm. It's quite close to the Athens International Airport (a bit over 30 minutes of drive time). Konstantina was quick to answer any questions and provided us with a welcome package in the fridge that was most appreciated. A car is necessary since the daily shopping can only be done ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). A nice beach is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). It is rather secluded, but a bit rocky. Beach shoes are necessary and it might not be considered child-friendly. It's quite empty during workdays and during the weekends it attracts a bit more locals. Multiple other great beaches can be found in relative close proximity, but not within walking distance. They also have beach bars and sunbeds. The nearest child-friendly beaches can be found in Palaia Fokaia, which is ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). Multiple tourist attractions can be found within less that 2 hours of drive time: - the Temple of Poseidon near Sounio - Palaia Fokaia, a charming Greek little town - the Attica Zoo - the Port of Piraeus - Athens with all its' wonders - the Corinth Canal Overall it was a great experience that's worth being repeated.

What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was amazing, and the views are great. This home is set up well and is very comfortable and clean. We loved the hot tub and used it every day! I would recommend this rental, especially for families as the beach is close and there are some rocks to climb around on. My kids loved those things. The host was very responsive and answered questions right away, even walking us through the home when we arrived and pointed out how to work all the different things. If you are looking for a place to relax and is quiet, this is the place.

Casa fantastica, in posizione bellissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e perfettamente attrezzato per ogni attività. Alexia è stata un host attento e premuroso. La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po' difficile, ma per chi visita Kea, isola tranquilla e selvatica, le strade difficili sono una costante! ;-)

We had a lovely stay. The outdoor space is incredible. Our host added extra outdoor lights to the eating area. The house was very clean and had excellent aircon. The large lounge on the first floor was tricky to use as it had large windows and no aircon so was very hot. My husband had to use it for work at night and our host provided a fan. The host lives on site and is very friendly but just be aware that he is there. The house is very convenient for Athens and the airport.

Nous avons adoré séjourner à la villa Pepy, tout était parfait, la maison est splendide, extrêmement bien entretenu et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin et de la piscine, le coin est très paisible et nous avons pu bien nous reposer. La maison est proche de Lavrio et permet de se rendre facilement au restaurant. L’accueil de Pepy et Natassa est très agréable, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien accueillis. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!

We had a great stay! Place was big, comfortable, matched description, very-very private, which is important to us. Located in quiet village area. It had everything we need: A/C, WI-FI, kitchen staff, really big private pool and jacuzzi. Giannis was very responsive, all instructions were clear. If you want to go to quiet, private place to spend quality near pool - it is your choice.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

Superb host, incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had and met us late in the evening on the first night. Also allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Minor issue with the hot water not working on a few of the days, but a technician was organised to fix it that same day, even on a Sunday. Loved the house and overall would thoroughly recommend

Beautiful house with exceptional sunset views and a private cove with clean sea and sheltered from the wind. Crissa and her husband are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar, wir haben den kleinen Pavillon geliebt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir konnten sehr gut kochen. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es keine Geschäfte, keine Restaurants. In 5 Min ist man aber mit dem Auto in Lavrion, wo alles zu finden ist. Man hört den Straßenverkehr, da eine Straße direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft. Aber die Möglichkeit, mit Badeanzug aus dem Haus zu gehen und nach einigen Schritten direkt ins Meer zu steigen, macht es alles wett. Auch eine Dusche zum abbrausen nach dem Schwimmen ist direkt auf dem Grundstück. Man kann an der Stelle sehr gut baden. Kaum Leute am Strand und kaum Wellen. Es ist ein super Ort, im einige Tage zu relaxen und zu baden.

Un excellent séjour, dans une région très agréable, très peu touristique, et pourtant proche d’Athènes. Hôte très serviable, aimable, discrète. Maison impeccable, piscine et jardin bien entretenu et coin barbecue idéal. Emplacement très calme. Région très agréable, nombreuses plages gratuites disponibles dans toute la région. (Espaces payant disponibles aussi) Avec uniquement 1000 mots pour la critique, c'est difficile de vous parler de tout ce dont nous avons été satisfait, sans rencontrer aucun désagréments. Les commerçants sont tous serviables et souriant. De nombreux commerces sont rapidement accessibles en 8 à 10 minutes en voiture (direction Fokaia ou Annavyssos). La mer est très propre, transparente, fraiche s'il souffle, mais pas froide. Nous étions parfaitement satisfait du séjour. On pourrait éventuellement reprocher que les plages, durant notre séjour, ne nous ont pas offert de belles vagues. Les familles avec jeunes enfants, un avantage? BONNE VACANCES A VOUS!
