Kea-Kythnos : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Πολλοί καλοί και διακριτικοί οικοδεσπότες! Το σπίτι προσεγμένο και καθαρό, εύκολα προσβάσιμο και πολύ όμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

Nadia's house is really well maintained, beautiful and attention to detail. It's a key point to have peace and quiet and yet be close to everything. Comfortable for up to 6 people.

Casa molto bella ed accogliente. Con molti comfort, elettrodomestici e con vettovaglie in ottimo stato. Abbiamo cenato a fatto colazione in casa e usato la lavastoviglie per lavare il tutto. Camere spaziose e bagni molto belli. Vista eccezionale e ottimo spazio all’aperto per goderla. Proprietari molto reattivi alle richieste fatte tramite l’applicazione. L’unico appunto negativo è che su una doccia l’acqua faceva un po’ fatica a scolare, ma veramente si tratta di trovare il pelo nell’uovo.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. Soula is a very friendly and helpful owner. The accommodation is truly a gem, clean, spacious, well equipped, lovely and quiet neighbors and the house is cleverly built, even in hot weather, it is enjoyable inside. From the balcony, you have a great sea view and can enjoy watching the sunrise over breakfast. The house has a lovely garden and is very well located. Athens and other cities, beaches, stores etc. are easily reachable by car. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot. The beach is within walking distance, 650 m and 100 m difference in altitude. Overall, it is an absolutely recommendable accommodation. We would be happy to stay here again.

Really nice place in one of the best locations, 1 minute walk from all the stores, restaurants and bars of kythnos. Dimitris is a really friendly and responsive guy!

Περάσαμε μία εβδομάδα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και μείναμε ενθουσιασμενοι. Το σπίτι ειχε όλες τις ανέσεις που κανουν τη διαμονη μίας τετραμελους οικογένειας ανετη, ενω η μεγάλη βεράντα ειναι πραγματικα καταπληκτικη. Η γειτονιά ειναι πολυ ήσυχη κ πολυ κοντα στο λιμανι (βγαιναμε βολτα με τα ποδια), ενω κ η προσβαση σε super market ειναι πανευκολη. Οι κοντινές παραλιες (5 ή 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκινητο) ειναι καταπληκτικες, ενω σε 25 λεπτά μπορεις πρακτικα να εισαι σε οποιαδηποτε παραλια του νησιου. Πραγματικα δεν εχω λογια για την φιλοξενία της Αρετής , η οποία ηταν ευγενεστατη κ παντα διαθεσιμη για οτιδηποτε τη χρειαστηκαμε( πληροφοριες για το σπιτι, το νησι κλπ). Πηγαινουμε οικογενειακες διακοπες τα τελευταία 10 χρονια κ οι φετινές ηταν σιγουρα οι καλυτερες. Μειναμε ενθουσιασμενοι τοσο με το κατάλυμα όσο κ με το νησί και τους ανθρωπους του.

πολύ λειτουργικό δωμάτιο σε κεντρικό σημειο, με άνετο μεγαλο μπαλκόνι , πολύ περιποιημένο και καθαρό . πολύ φιλικοί ιδιοκτήτες, αμεσότητα στην επικοινωνία, άμεση ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα . το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα !

Чудові апартаменти, в яких ми перебували декілька днів. Чудовий краєвид з балкона, тихо і затишно. Також мені сподобалась кухня, вона оснащена всім необхідним, що мені навіть млинці вдалось посмажити) Хазяйка дуже любʼязна, завжди на зв’язку і швидко реагує.

Anfitrión muy atento y flexible. Alojamiento actual y práctico. Vistas al mar inmejorables. Terraza amplia para relajarte y cenar si te apetece y no hace viento. Ubicación tranquila, aunque cerca de restaurantes, bares a pie. Playa a 50m y otras dos a unos 800m. Buena base para visitar el resto de la isla, idealmente en moto.

The hosts were very nice and the apartment was the perfect choice between the airport and marine.

Super Apartment! Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Allerdings braucht man für die Lage unbedingt ein Auto, da sonst vieles schwer ohne Auto zu erreichbar ist. Vielen Efi und ihren Eltern!

A modern and designed apartment in the centre of Lavrion. Only some steps to tavernas, bars and shops, only some minutes to habour (ferryboat). Sophia is a charming and perfect host. We enjoyed her personally served and nice breakfast in the apartment. We found a lot of parking space in the street in front of the house.

Oμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα με όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό, η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε φροντίσει μέχρι και για τον χριστουγεννιάτικο στολισμό! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

The apartment is small with very basic things. We missed some kitchen items the first day but Eleni’s family provided them without hesitation. It’s located in a central square where you can find everything (super market, pharmacy , playground etc). The beach is 5’ walking! Amazing hospitality, we felt like being at home. Thank you Eleni, we will surely be back!

Demi et Angie nous ont accepté pour une seule et courte nuit. Nous avons reçu de leur part, la veille de notre arrivée, une liste de bonnes adresses à proximité. Tous nos messages ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'appartement était fort joliment aménagé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

C'était parfait, un seul regret : nous n'y séjournions qu'une nuité.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

I cannot say enough of how happy we were with this unit….It truly felt like home. Amazing location, massive patio with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and an easy 4 min walk to the beach. Our hosts, especially Rania, were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The only thing missing from the unit was a Greek Briki to make Greek coffee. I’m sure next time there will be one waiting as we will 100% be returning.
