Kea-Kythnos : locations de villas de vacances

Loukas' place was a treat to experience. It is a real home, used by the family, and therefore has character and an identity. The aesthetic choices of the interior design, the materials, and the landscaping are well-considered and create a beautiful whole. The setting, high up on the hill with a view so lovely of the sea and sunset, is almost a cliche of the reasons people visit Greece. And yet, we had complete privacy. Ms Giota, Loukas' mother and our contact, was gracious and efficient in dealing with our arrival and departure. A car is definitely a necessity; the nearest grocery story is almost 10 minutes away. But driving on the main road, especially in the evening, is visually stunning and leads to some nice eating places. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

We could not have loved this villa more! After a busy 2 weeks in Italy, we were looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Athens coast. The owner met us at the villa and to our surprise presented us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry which was much appreciated. Vas was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the nearby village of Palea Fokea. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grilled fresh fish that we got from a nearby market. Taxi and tour operator had no issue finding the property. We stayed a week and spent more on this airbnb than we usually do but it was worth every penny when we got to experience the amazing sunset views from this villa.

Quand ma fille est arrivée, elle a vu la piscine, et a dit "waouuuu". Cela résume assez bien notre séjour à la villa. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer un agréable sejour: -une villa magnifique toute équipée avec de grands espaces, et des chambres confortables. -une grande piscine rien que pour nous, avec des bouées, des transats, etc -une belle vue et pas de vis à vis -la proximité à toutes les Comodités (magasin, boulangerie, restaurants etc...) -une super plage accessible à pied, et plein plein plein d'autres plages toutes aussi belles les une que les autres, à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un grand merci à Rose et à Gilles. Un accueil chaleureux et en personne ! Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... bref c était TOP ! Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

We stayed at the villa, two couples and one toddler. We had a lovely time and received helpful suggestions from the hosts. The view from the top floor is stunning, and we appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen. It was great for the toddler to have so many toys and games to play with, and an older child will love the kids' bedroom too. We appreciated the proximity of the little beach and the bakery down the street where the little one got a king's welcome. Then a big restaurant selection in nearby Lavrio. We met some very sweet cats in the villa complex - if you want to play they're willing but will otherwise leave you alone. You'll need a car to get around but then everything is very accessible.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

We had a wonderful time in Iasonas’ house in Otzias. The villa is beautiful, with a superb masterbedroom and comfortable shower. The kitchen is well furnished to cook great meals. The second bedroom has only a small window but there is an aircon unit and a fan. The third bathroom in the separate building is very convenient to take a shower when you return from the beach. The two terraces, overlooking the small church, are really fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the sea, sheltered by the trees. Early in the morning, we were the only ones walking and bathing at the beautiful beach nearby. Iasonis is a very nice host, gentle and generous. He was extremely flexible regarding check-out. Kea is such a great destination for leisure and culture. We enjoyed our visit at the stone lion, the magnificent Chora and its interesting Neolithic museum, Kastriani monastery, the walk to the lighthouse… We would love to return to Villa Mitch. Locations très spacieuse divisée en 3 'appartements', parfaite pour plusieurs familles! L'emplacement est très calme avec une vue magnifique et situé à proximité de la ville de Lavrio, qui est très animé. La location est parfaitement équipée, très propre et le ménage y est fait de façon régulière. La piscine et tout l'espace extérieur sont exclusivement pour cette maison et sont aussi très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Pour finir les hôtes ont été très accueillant et extrêmement réactifs.

Penny was very nice and communicative. We were going to a wedding and we could walk to the venue from her place. Not a ton of other stuff do do around there but the place is very nice and she is super acomidating

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.

This place is picture perfect; we absolutely loved it! The pool, the outdoor space, the nearly private beach - all of it makes for the ideal Greek getaway. The home is very secluded. It takes about 15 minutes over very rough roads to get to this part of the island and once you’re there, you’re there. In other words, there is nothing to do but enjoy the house and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for and this home delivered in spades. We have zero complaints but one suggestion for the owners. It would be great if there was a paid service where guests could provide a grocery list and have the groceries waiting at the house upon arrival for a fee. It’s a very bumpy ride into town and back, and this would help guests get settled in even faster. Again, this is not a complaint at all, but rather a suggestion for an add-on service that others might also appreciate and be willing to pay for. We will definitely be back!!

The house was great! Amazing view, beautiful pool, beautiful beaches within a 7-minute drive. Fotis was an extraordinary host, extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!!

The beauty of this location and home cannot be overstated. The views of the Aegean, the beautiful flowering gardens and the design and decor of the home are spectacular. We had 7 guests here for our daughter’s wedding and on the wedding day 5 additional bridesmaids came for the day plus a makeup artist and hairstylist and photographer and the great rooms of this house provided ample room for all the day’s activities. We also hired the recommended Chef Theodore to cook for us at the house one day and that was a great experience. Our only issues were the narrow winding driveway was a challenge for larger vehicles and not all local ride share drivers could locate the house with the directions given. Overall, the experience of staying here is one we all treasure.

We had a great time during our stay! Thank you very much Eleni! We stayed 4 weeks in total and loved the house and enjoyed the surroundings. The villa is spacious and has a lovely view. We enjoyed long breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the view, a dip in the pool and also walked to the local bakery or beach in the morning. We were greeted with food in the fridge, home made olive oil and Eleni answered very quickly, whenever there was a question. We will definitely come back!

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. The photos of the place is acurate. Nice and large swimming pool but too cold in April to use it. Both Mike and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. It is an advantage to have a car if you stay at this place. Plenty of restaurants and shops just 5 minute drive away (towards the sea).

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

Ωραίος και περιποιημένος χώρος. Ο κήπος τεράστιος για μπάρμπεκιου και βουτιές στην πισίνα το καλοκαίρι. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα. Το σαλόνι με το τζάκι και με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! Merci Kiki!
