The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

My stay at Lizette and team’s Highlands, NJ location was absolutely amazing!!! I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future! 5 stars!!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

My wife & I stayed for a long weekend to attend a film festival and found this condo to be perfect for our needs: quiet, clean, nicely maintained. Myke was nice enough to offer an early check-in and responded quickly when we had questions. The location is just a few blocks from the beach & a short walk to then many shops & restaurants along Cookman St. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

I haven’t used Airbnb a whole lot but Tom was a fantastic host. Very responsive and the house was great, a very cozy beach house. Plenty of food around the area, 2 minute walk to the beach and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Stephan was very responsive and accommodating. His place was very well organized and had a homey feel to it. It’s also by the beach, which is walkable. Everything was better than expected and it was simply a perfect place to stay. 10/10! Would stay there again!

Gururaj was an excellent host. Communicated quickly and efficiently. We are from the area and had to find somewhere to stay last minute as we were getting work done to our home and it was not safe for us to be there. Gururaj was more than accommodating and super friendly.

My stay at this particular Airbnb was spot on great location easy to get around. It was right on the beach, which I loved because I love the beach. If anybody’s out there looking for a place to stay with restaurants things to do and a great beach they should check out this Airbnb. Also, the host was awesome responsive if we need anything or had any questions she was right there I would love to book this place again in the future.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Ideally located for our needs. Found Patti’s for breakfast and the delicious Atlantic Fish Market. Always enjoy shopping at Jo Leone’s. Lovely being in a summer cottage that knows how to handle a Jersey winter.

We stayed at Larry’s place for a family vacation. The house is in a very walkable area close to shops and restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. There is even a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. All of the bedrooms were a good size and the master suite was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The house was comfortable and cozy for my family. We enjoyed the back yard and the front porch. Great house in a great location for a group or large family.

My two sisters and I spent a special vacation together in this home in Lavalette, a town where we spent so many happy summers as children. The house is very well-stocked, and we easily found everything we needed. The hosts thought of so many helpful details which are not often found in rental houses and which made our stay particularly easy. First off, it was wonderful to be able to drive in and park behind the house, while still leaving plenty of room for outdoor activities. The house was very clean and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. The living room, dining room and sunporch provided plenty of options for being together, and we enjoyed all of them. The first floor bathroom has the only shower, but there is a half-bath on the second floor, and that set-up worked fine for us. All of the beds were comfortable and made up when we arrived. We absolutely loved the deck off the very spacious master bedroom with its view of the dunes and ocean beyond. Great location too!

Better stay than we could have hoped for!

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

My husband and I just returned from a three-night getaway with our dog at Chris and Andy’s Asbury Bear Den, and we had such a great experience. The condo is very comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated with paintings by a local artist. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for your stay (including phone chargers in every room). It’s very conveniently located, just a couple of blocks from the beach/boardwalk with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance (and also comes with a parking space, which is even better). The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the hosts were very communicative and responsive. It was truly one of our best rental experiences, and we were sad to leave the place, but we hope to return someday soon!

My husband and I rented Stephanie's condo for a long weekend to visit family in the area. Location was ideal - close to the beach and to some shops and restaurants. Loved riding the bikes around town - they are new and comfortable. Stephanie was a great host.

Stephanie's place made for a great weekend with a few friends. The space itself was super clean and well laid out, comfortably accommodating five adults. It was ideally located a quick three blocks from the boardwalk and the several restaurants in the area. Street parking was fairly easy to come by and free if parking in the proper areas. The host was incredibly helpful in communicating local updates affecting parking as well as providing check-in info in a timely manner. They included beach passes and chairs which made beach time all that better. All in all this was a great find and made for a comfortable stay for our weekend. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice rental in AP! Thank you for hosting!
