I’ve stayed in hundred of Airbnb’s and thousands of hotels and this was by far one of the best locations due to our experience with the host. We enjoyed a peaceful honeymoon and loved the views! Highly recommend staying here for your time in Kona. Great location and clean space.

Great property! The birds at night was a bit loud but close the windows and sliding doors and turn on AC illuminated the noise.

Sandra's place brings healing. It is beautiful, quiet, and serene. The views are lovely of ocean below, and the wind blows quietly through bows of citrus, avocado, and palms. There are likely multiple Walden Ponds on the Big Island of Hawaii, but this is one of them. Tranquility reins at this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The complex was lovely with parking in front of the unit. We used the community bbqs every day to cook meals. The view from the patio was amazing, and Carol's place was perfect for our family. It was very clean with everything you needed for the beach. Umbrellas, towels, lawn chairs, and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of extras. Provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, towels, etc. Wonderful view from the balcony.

Rebecca's place was super clean and very comfortable. There was little clutter and the rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The beds were soft and comfortable .The bathrooms were very well stocked and the kitchen was more than adequate. Some reviews mentioned the A/C limits which prohibits going below 75 degrees. We live in a cold climate and never turned it down below 76. It felt just fine. The pool and hot tub were great to unwind on after a busy day of exploring.

You will not be disappointed when choosing to stay at Adam’s beautiful oasis. The place is definitely worth it. It is not only beautiful but also very calm. We felt peaceful and connected to the nature. The amazing sounds of birds in the morning was a perfect wake up alarm. My little daughter enjoyed the outdoors just as much as I did. Adam was very friendly and very responsive. He and Monica made sure that our stay was comfortable. I truly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get away from the hassle of everyday busy life.

Location is everything in Kona and this place has it. Centrally located in Kona with easy walking access to tons of restaurant, bars and shopping options. Kona can be a busy place at times so to be able to leave the car behind and walk to nearby options is a HUGE advantage. The condo was as described and is perfect for two adults. The condo complex provided lush landscaping, nice pool area and a very helpful front desk in case you are in need of something during your stay.

What a Great place! Close to everything, but very peaceful. Great for day trips! The bed was very comfortable. Which is good after a day of exploring. Very friendly host! Made sure we had everything we needed. What a beautiful property.

The home was clean and matched the photos exactly. Did get lost once in the dark, but that’s just because I Missed a turn in the road. Appreciated having good kitchen appliances and housewares. The only thing missing was a washcloth in the bathroom. And was unable to turn on the ac to cool it down a bit. Owners kept in touch with all details and I very much appreciated the connection. Would come back next time I’m looking to stay on the Kona side!

Absolutely loved this house! It was so peaceful and the grounds were beautiful. Had everything we needed!

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

I am a return guest at this lovely Airbnb. Everything is as described, and Lorelle goes out of her way to make sure to help you optimize your staycation. The Aloha House is spectacular in every way. From the beautiful and peaceful garden to the wonderful wraparound deck, accessible from the bedrooms, and overall comfortable accommodations. It is steps away from Manini Beach which is a total paradise - you can put a kayak in Kealakakua Bay just feet away, walk two minutes and swim in the bay or watch dolphins from the beach. Beth is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back!

So amazed by the amount of items stocked here (dishes, cups, utensils, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, bath towels, linens etc). It was perfect for our family of 5. The swimming pool and tennis courts were right across from us so that was convenient. It was clean and there was AC so it was very comfortable We had some of our meals outside with the view of the ocean and waves crashing the rocks which was beautiful. The beach that was close by was more of a rocky snorkel beach which we didn't prefer. So we just drove a little further to Magic Sands beach which was not too far away. It was a great stay!

It’s conveniently located close to the airport. Easy check in/out. We also appreciated being able to do some laundry. Thanks Ania and John!

We had the most amazing stay in Kona at Richard’s place. The house truly felt like home away from home for a week. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous with breathtaking views of the ocean. The inside was perfect for our family from the dining area to the tv area to the game area where we gathered to play some of the games Richard had on hand a few of the evenings we were there. When we go back, we definitely want to book Richard’s place again! We sure miss being there this week!

Aloha, We go to Kona every year from Maui for a soccer tournament and Joanne’s place was perfect!! Walking distance to Alii Drive and all the restaurants and bars!! I would highly recommend her place. She was fast to respond to any questions and had some great local advice!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful place and great to work with! Would do it all over again

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

Yumi and Gen were accommodating. The originally booked timeshare resort was not available, so they found another nearby location. Communication was easy. There was a slight check in issue at resort - my name was spelled incorrectly, but with confirmation number we were fine. Wished the resorts rooms had better sound proof walls, better mattress, sheets and pillows. Also air conditioning was an extra $13/day charge at the resort. But the hosts cannot change the amenities of the resort. All in all, good stay for our needs to explore Kona! Friendly hosts!
