Really enjoyed my stay here! Wonderful place! I visit the island frequently and have stayed in a variety of Airbnbs in different areas and will definitely go down as one of my favorites! Peaceful, beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shops and tour spots. Very clean- furniture and beds super comfortable. You can see a bit of the ocean while sitting out in the lanai area. Great shower/bathroom too! Near the pool area, there is a path to the lava rocks along the shore with gorgeous views ( also a view deck with chairs above) Loved having my morning coffee there and relaxing to the ocean waves against the rocks. Kari was available if you had any questions, and reached out to you to make sure everything was great! She kindly greeted me with a box of chocolates, coffee and a personal message! The little things in life that make it extra special! Thank you for a great stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I would say however if you have little ones you need to know there are stairs in the unit, I had my 3 year old with me but she did well. I did feel like I had to keep her quiet most of the time as the property itself is very quiet, I don't think I seen any families with small children there. The condo itself was great, and the view was gorgeous.

This was such a fantastic place to stay, it’s like a resort apartment complex type place where it literally has everything you need !! I’d stay here again !!!

Wonderful location, condo was clean and had a lot of amenities. We did have a few questions upon checkin and it took almost 24 hours to receive a reply. Thankfully it was anything urgent and we were able to get into the unit. The vertical blinds need repair or replacement. Several pieces were missing so no real privacy. Difficult to open and close. There is no toaster, when I asked I was told it broke. Bed seems like a Queen size. Realized that is not mentioned in the description. If I had known I would have booked something else. There are a lot of HOA rules to follow, provided in the binder of instructions. Otherwise overall it is nice and clean.

Simply amazing. The accommodations were way above and beyond what my family expended. I wish we would have had more time to explore such a vast island full of beautiful sceneries. It just means I/we will have to go back. Definitely a home away from home. I/we will definitely stay there again if it is available.

Lovely place across the street from a rocky beach. Church across the street had joyful music on Sunday morning. Taco stand across the street was great, as well as the fruit / veggie / bread stand on the weekend. Loved the wrap-around lanai so we could see the western and eastern skies, and watch the sunset from the table on the lanai. We used their snorkeling equipment at two locations. Having a car is very useful (more than a mile to the city center or to the magic sands beach), but they had plenty of parking, including visitor spaces when someone took our reserved one. Washer/dryer very helpful.

Great place to stay, walkable to great places to eat and shop. Easy to get to the beaches. Hosts were great and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona! We were all impressed with the condo and can’t wait for our next visit to Hawaii. The condo was very well stocked, everything was as described. Parking was easy, perfect location to beaches, downtown, etc. The taco stand across the street was awesome and the fruit stand was so nice…open Friday-Sunday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our stay at this beautiful home in Kona was absolutely unforgettable. Just a short 12-minute drive from Downtown Kona, the location offers the perfect balance of convenience and peaceful privacy. The home itself was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family of three and I stayed here before my deployment, and the memories we made together in this special place will stay with us forever. From morning coffee with ocean breezes to quiet evenings under the stars, every moment felt like a gift. A huge thank you to the owner for opening your home to us — your hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of Kona in comfort and peace.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Very comfortable place, not exactly on the beach but with a car it’s only a 20-30 min drive from the best beaches on Big Island. At a price you can’t beat! Isaac was very hospitable, made us coffee in the morning The place does look rustic but it only makes you feel more like you’re a local on the island

Spacious, organized, and clean. Close to airport, stores, and restaurants. The view was great. Thanks for having us!

We were a party of 7 traveling to Kona for a swim meet. Lodging in Kona can be quite expensive so we felt staying somewhere we could cook would help with expenses - and it did! We chose this unit because it was actually quite a bit cheaper than others of similar description and distance from the pool and the airport. It was VERY spacious and allowed us to cook every meal, do laundry, and allow our kids to have space just to hang out - and for us to do the same - without getting in each other’s way. The kitchen was fully stocked, even having some basic - and not so basic - pantry spices! The unit also has a LOT of baby stuff - some diapers to get you to the beach posthaste, high chair, dining booster chair, all sorts! There are also items to help you tidy up of you’ve had a spill - vacuum cleaner, broom, swiffer, Clorox wipes. We really wanted for absolutely nothing - well , except foil and ziploc bags, but obviously that can be had at any nearby store! And hey, we left some for you!

Megan is so sweet and warm. She really makes you feel at home as well as her husband. It really felt like we were staying with family. The space is conveniently located to many areas. He house is cute and safe. She was always very attentive and quick to reply on Airbnb. And that’s very much appreciated. I would recommend family and friends to stay with Megan.

In a quiet residential street, walking distance to the beach. Well equipped house, and well screened by bushes/trees from neighbors, so sitting on lanai was great. The agency was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to any questions. All in all the perfect place for what we needed.

Gorgeous place , most beautiful lanai to watch the sunset , love this place so much and I can’t wait to come back , me and my guests had a blast and we’re planning to visit again soon in few months, thank you for being so easy to communicate with and for being so honest and returning my GoPro to me after forgetting it at your beautiful place , highly recommend 🩵
