Clean and well-maintained. Lovely pool and hot tub.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The suite was large, kitchen was clean, amenities all included and replenished. Concierge services were fabulous, they answered all my calls and supported my needs immediately. The groups were well maintained, and the pool! My kiddos loved the pool and wish they could return, so do I. We had a Fabulous time. One thing perhaps can be updated are the carpets in the room. I know the cleaning is impeccable, but these are a bit dated and older. Thank you!

Super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer dryer in unit was so convenient. Perfect location for us to play golf at Kona Country Club and hang out at City of Refuge, 2-steps and K-bay. And a short drive to all the bars and restaurants along Alii Dr. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Incredible staff. Great pool and BBQ areas. Clean! What more is there to say. Great stay! We’ll see you guys on our next Kona Trip. 🤙🏽

I love this complex. Great location, the garden around the units is so beautiful and peaceful. Quick walk to the restaurants and the farmers market. Love it! Always a pleasant stay. Thank you CeCe!

Great location that can’t be beat!

저희는 아이들과 같이 묵었는데 너무나도 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 내부 수영장 시설도 좋고 정말 휴양지에 온 느낌이었습니다. 주변에 멀지 않는 곳에 마트도 있어서 모든 것이 편리했습니다! 내부 주방시설도 훌륭했고요! 다음에 코나를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다~~

Kalven was super nice and responsive, we were very happy with him as our host! As the Kona Coast Resort is a Wyndham / Shell Vacations property the checkin was done with Wyndham staff on site and in that sense we had nothing more to do with Kalven. Regarding the Wyndham property, Kona Coast Resort: brown brown brown, everything brown! The place seriously needs updating, it's super old, but it was clean, very spacious and a pleasant place to stay. 2 good swimming pools and a wonderful view from the main reception. Kona is generally a very expensive place to stay, this was no exception but it was pleasant. Thanks Kalven!

This is my second time staying at kalvens place and words will not explain how beautiful this place is I had an ocean view, I felt like I was at home big living space had everything you needed on property. 10/10 will recommend with this place if you come to Kauai

We stayed at Kalven’s place with our baby and we loved our stay there. Kalven was very responsive at all times we’ve reached out and very easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful, peaceful and close to restaurants and some nice beaches. The amenities we used, like the hot tub, were also great. We ended extending our stay two extra nights and we appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process went and the fact that we didn’t have to check out and into another apartment. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Wonderful place to stay. Away from the crowds on Kona Town but enough to do with the pool and hot tubs, restaurant on site is good and groceries are a short walk away. Office folks were super helpful. We would come back!

The condo unit was spacious. The complex was quiet and lovely. We enjoyed walking around the complex. The unit was a little dated, however, we loved how large it was. Plenty of room for 4 adults to move around. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware.

We had an enjoyable stay and made full use of the room’s facilities, as well as the pools and walking paths around the property. The scenery is beautiful, and the location was perfect for my trip, which was for the IM WC 2024.
