This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Pros: nice host clean good wifi around 50 mbps quiet comfortable bed Cons: bit small no much light at the ground floor lot of mosquito at the porch (september) bit expensive

we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a tiny cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Mba Sita & Mba Sely are superkind & helpful host! they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering near by access about 10 minutes to ICE BSD without traffic. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Mba Sita's & Mba Selly’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable Airbnb experience!"

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

The housekeeper goes above and beyond to support you: easy check in and check out, cleaning, receiving packages, getting to know the environment and even customized help according to your specific needs. Pak Sanjaya is communicative, responsive, and accomodating when we requested for some adjustments be made to accomodate our 18-day stay Overall an affordable homestay.

Wonderful, if i can describe in one word. Might simply be one of the best AirBNB i’ve rented in Jakarta. Surrounding area is great. Balcony view is nice. It even got a skybridge connected to the mall next to it. Checking in and out is easy as pie with the lockbox. For those who bring baby/toddler, look no further ‘cause the unit got like a LOT of toys & books. Little one couldn’t be happier! And one of the best part is, the host even let us check in waaaayy earlier when our flight rescheduled for an earlier departure. Lucky us 11/10 would rent again. Thank you so much Pak Nowy🙏🏼

Situer dans un environnement d’une tour à condo, ayant au pied des mégas centres d’achat. La ligne d’autobus est à quelques minutes à pied. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable de la ville de Jakarta. Toutes le personnel autour du bâtiment était d’une amabilité agréable. Nous recommandons ce condo.

it was a very nice stay.. Kami sekeluarga berlima menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam. Fasilitasnya lengkap, terutama ada mesin cuci karena tidak banyak apt menyediakan mesin cuci, jadi untuk anak-anak yang pagi sore berenang, tidak ada masalah karena bajunya bisa langsung dicuci dan dijemur kering. Perlengkapan dapur juga lengkap, sangat memudahkan untuk membuat light meals. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan ke mana -mana (BXC, fresh market dll). Sedikit tips: untuk check in jika membawa banyak barang, bisa membawa barang dari lantai loading dock di atas B1.

Jane is a really great host. She was communicative and very helpful at arranging everything I needed for my stay. Her assistant was there to help me check in and check out. The building has nice amenities, including two pools and a grocery store. There is also private access to Rukan Permata Senayan which has restaurants and shops such as Plan B Spanish Resto. You are also a quick cab ride away from attractions such as Senayan City, GBK, and SCBD.

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you.
