Wonderful and lovely stay! Danish was an excellent host. Friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Good location however entrance from main road is a bit dark and easy to miss the juction. Towel prepared wasn't sufficient and was told that only 1 towel per room. Other than that everything else was ok

we were very impressed with the comfort of the house. nice clean and comfortable. the design is very good. and the homeowner is very informative. all stages of opening the house were explained clearly. we were very happy to stay there even though it was only for a day.

Great for big families! Lots of room and toilets! Facilities are as describe and room was clean and tidy. KTV system added an additional touch of entertainment as well! My family really enjoyed the stay there! Host was also really friendly and responsive :) and help us in booking activities that is popular in Langkawi at a great deal

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties. A really lovely apartment, well furnished and fully equipped, in a beautiful part of town, near shopping malls, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and right by a bus stop for trips to the beaches at Tanjung Bungah and Batu Feringgi. A short walk to the Gurney Bay park. Excellent parking facilities. Two lovely double bedrooms, a single, and excellent showers/bathrooms.

The overall stay was comfortable and better than what we have expected. Communication is seamless. The host is very responsive in messages. I have some hiccuped during check in as the QR could not be displayed due to network issue, Kenny able to response quickly and resend it to me quickly. The space is very spacious for 3 adults. YouTube premium is available which is a plus point. If there is something to be improved that will be the mat at the front of both the washroom. It will be great if we can have cloth floor mat rather than the diatomite mat. About cleanliness, no issue with the bed nor washroom or I would said the whole unit. Other than that, I have no issue with it. Recommended for traveller that self drive. Zus coffee is just below the building and vending machine available which is rather convenient.

9일동안 머물렀었는데 정말 내집처럼 편히 쉴수 있었어요. 우선은 모든 친구와 수건들이 너무 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었고 집안곳곳의 청소 상태가 휼룡했어요 그리고 모든 물품들이 잘 비치되어 있어 지내기에 불편함이 없었어요. 거실에서 보이는 전망은 도시와 바다가 조화롭게 어우러져 정말 멋졌어요. 만약 다시 패낭을 여행한다면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

I’m staying here for one night. The host is great, the house is clean, and there’s a covered parking space. It’s also conveniently located near the highway. However, during my stay, the house next door is undergoing renovations, which has been quite noisy. I’m not sure why the management would approve such renovations on weekends. (This is a Prima house btw) Anyway, overall is good 👍🏻 and thanks for the snacks.

Stay was good, house is clean and pleasant.😍 Just one feedback , you can consider having a bigger mirror either in the toilet or maybe in the room. Other than that, everything else was great in our stay! Thank you, will visit again!👍🏽💯

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

Cheap price for the 5 day 4 night stay. Walkable distance to USM for my convocation in addition to various Kedai Kopi. Place is clean, free of clutter and complete with essentials. 11/10 recommended. Will rent from him again if I return to Penang.
