The best place I can imagine staying on this island. Close to everything you need, but far enough to be outside of the most crowded areas. The resort is beautiful and the staff is accommodating. Jonathan’s unit is extremely spacious and well-appointed, and he is a communicative, friendly, and flexible host. Do not hesitate to book this space, it is truly a great value!!

Had a great stay at Alex’s place in Princeville. Was perfect for our family of 4. Alex was very responsive and the place was convenient to walk around the town. Loved the view from the lanai. Would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Kauai.

Loved the style of this place!! So well put together and I appreciated the “clean” (non chemical) laundry soap. Also, they have great beach gear (boogie boards) and a cooler. It was clean, fresh and so fun to be there! Great communication! Highly recommend!

First of all, let me say that Alisson was very easy to talk to. her communication skills is aaaaahmaaaazing. She is superb and very accommodating. She made sure all her guest are comfortable and always available to answer any questions concerns you may have. secondly, the unit I stayed in was perfect!!!! it is way better than the pic itself. I was very surprised. the moment I walked into the unit, I feel home. it's super clean, and very comfortable all around it. and what most, the building unit specifically standing right next to one of my favorite spot, Lava Lava Beach Club. that is a 10 stars. everything is also walking distance and only 11minute away to the airport. again, thank you so much, Ali. I am definitely coming back to your place and recommend it to my family and friends. love love loveeeet!! Shy

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 kids and would definitely come back for the next trip. Great place!

This home was so perfect for our family. It had more than enough room for our whole family with 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds, and sofa bed for the teenager who didn’t want to share a bed. It was spotless, was the best stocked Airbnb we've ever stayed at, and Diana was rhe most helpful and responsive hostess. We can't thank her enough for her home being exactly as listed and more, and for helping make our vacation even more amazing!

We came back Kauai to bird. We picked this place because the back patio faced out to the vegetation and jungle canopy where all the birds were actively putting on a show for us. The birding did not disappoint. And Jeff & Shana were helpful in letting us know what birds we could find on the island for our specific travel time. The condo was clean and I specially like having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The pool/bbq community ares is right out the front door but was never too noisy. We walked to the farmers market they hold at the community center on Saturdays. Close beaches and snorkeling. I highly recommend Jeff & Shana’s place. Mahalo 🤙🏽

What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

My husband and I stayed at Larry’s place for a week of our honeymoon and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach within walking distance was one of our favorites on the island! There are lots of restaurants just a 5 min walk away! It’s a great spot to stay to get around the island and very close to Costco and shops. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into the port everyday. The unit itself is as pictured. There are quite a few steps up to the unit but totally doable for the average person. The apartment was very tidy and it was really nice Larry supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash/laundry detergent! Thanks for a great stay!
