Dara’s place was amazing! It was very comfortable, peaceful, beautifully surrounded with awesomely colored plants and fruit trees. There were a lot of amenities. The keurig coffee machine was a definite plus as you could enjoy your morning coffee inside looking out to the backyard or at the outdoor table and chairs at the front of the house. Her place was very clean and spacious for myself and my two friends. The living room couch and chair was very comfortable as well. Everything was well organized and not cluttered at all. Very easy to maintain. I’m grateful for the indoor washer and dryer as it allowed me to leave with clean clothes versus having a luggage full of dirty clothes. The ironing board and iron really came in handy as well to press the clothes I needed to wear for the event I was attending. I would highly recommended staying at Dara’s place again! 5 stars and then some for sure!

Diane's cabin was a very peaceful place to stay. She was very responsive and flexible. Diane was even kind enough to assist me in coordinating to receive time-sensitive mail while staying at her cabin. The place was clean and organized. You can tell that much thought was put into the layout and where things were placed/organized around the cabin. I would definitely stay at Diane's cabin again.

We loved Autumn's jungle cottages and would recommend her place. Great for small groups with separate accommodations. Beautiful outdoor gathering bbq area and every kind of plants. highly recommend

Maggie's place was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. House was very clean and spacious and airy. Kitchen was gorgeous and well appointed in terms of appliances and gadgets but didn't have any oil to cook with like the listing said. Just for awareness, expect that you should bring all the ingredients, spices, herbs etc if you want to cook as there is only salt and pepper (not even sugar for coffee) and we had to buy everything else. There wasn't even an additional garbage bag if you filled up the current one and we had to get creative. Remote to TV (enter button) was broken. It was a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay but it could have been better if there a few extra small touches.

Lovely home, great host-Lisa was very responsive and had lots of good recommendations. She provided lots of extra's like coffee (saved my life!) and beach chairs. The house is on the rainy side of the island and has some interesting wild life- I would definitely recommend earplugs if you want to sleep in! Very satisfied with our stay here.

Our 3 night stay at Chateau Kilauea was far better than expected. Lily and Brian made us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The little cottage was cozy and comfortable with a queen size bed with overhead reading lights ( a rarity for bookworms like us). The bathroom was clean and amply set up. The drive to the little town of Volcano was about 10 minutes away, and the National Park just beyond that. We loved the little outdoor kitchen for coffee and breakfast. Wonderful to also have a hot tub and sauna available!

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our large family trip. It was spacious and accommodating! Access instructions were clear, and when I thought I had left something behind, the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!
