Excellent host and the backyard is very nice for outdoor meals. The walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes, a nice bakery on the way to the beach. The river that is right next to the property is very quiet. The train tracks are right next to the house(train runs every 10 minutes) but the host has double windows in all rooms to lower the sound tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the other 3 guest parties were a joy to converse with in the backyard. Two things to consider for your stay: 1.) Can you handle the train noise? every 10 minutes. 2.) Ask about bathroom size picture of the room you're renting. That backyard was worth it for me. like a mini arboretum.

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

House was perfect for us. Fence around The yard was great for a dog. Shared yard wasnt problem, yard is big and very beautiful. We used grill outside and had some cucumber from garden. Beach is near and extremly beautiful. Houst was really friendly and house as descripted. Love to come again.

Siisti, pieni asunto. Erittäin ystävällinen isäntä, kaikki toimi odotusten mukaan. Kävellen n. 20 minuuttia keskustaan, mutta yleiset liikennevälineet menivät läheltä keskustaan. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle, hissitön talo, asunto ylimmässä kerroksessa (8.krs).

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. Akmeni Resort was amazing! It was very clean and cozy. Kitchen had all equipment for cooking and a big bonus was coffee machine, as we are big coffee lovers. Beds were big and very comfortable with extra pillows. Outside there was a BBQ and with extra cost we could use jacuzzi or sauna. Grownups had also comfy robes that were perfect after a jacuzzi. The place was perfect with kids, as all they did was having fun in pool or in jacuzzi, or if they had a break from swimming, they could play in the playground or just watch local squirrels play and eat in their cage. Even though there are three other rentals on the spot, it was quite peaceful and we could enjoy sound of crickets in the evening. We really loved this place!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

the house was great exactly as shown in pictures there was even a lot of extra stuff that they didn't advertise. the host was very responsive and did what ever we needed. the house was very clean.

Had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin by the water! It was peaceful, spotless, and the perfect place to relax. The hot tub was a great bonus, especially in the evenings. The hosts were wonderful; responsive, available, and great with communication. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway!

Egita ist sehr nett und hilft immer sofort. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bilder, alles perfekt. Man muss nur wissen das sie sehr ruhig und abgelegen ist. Danke für die tolle Zeit. !

A wonderful stay! Right outside of the city, but near enough, so getting there and back is not a hassle. There's everything you could need, sauna, hot tub, BBQ - for which everything was set and ready. There's a basketball hoop, football gates , even a volleyball net. Unfortunately the weather was not there yet for swimming, but I bet this place is even better in summer! The place itself is absolutely lovely, the lights above the bed gives the room a cozy vibe. Booked another day next week, nothing close to Riga centre can match the value of this place!

Un lieu parfait pour profiter de la forêt et de la région de Baldone proche d’une station de ski et des commerces. Le logement est idéal pour un groupe et est bien équipé. Zane et Alfreds sont très gentils et réactifs. N’hésitez pas à profiter du jacuzzi extérieur et du sauna.

10/10! Highly recommend for a peacefull getaway! The house is brand new and had everything that we needed for the stay. The location is quite remote, but we did not have any issues finding it. Hosts were great. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will for sure return when we have the opportunity!
