The apartment is beside Ibis Style Hotel, easy to navigate. Overall, the stay was good, good location, and good view. However, there was annoying ants in the kitchen and the dinning table.

Its a heaven in disguise, comfort level through the roof, almost feels like home. I would recommend to anyone who's visiting the state. Owner is super duper responsive.

The host is very responsive, even suggested places/eateries to visit around the city. The unit is fairly clean and just as illustrated in the pictures/description. Since we get around by rented car, the location of the apartment is strategic as it conveniently located in the city near the famous eateries in KB. Overall a great experience for my family and I 👍🏻👍🏻

The host is very nice and friendly . He also an easy person to tolerate with , he will make sure you get the best experiences when staying at his unit . It was a nice experience to try unit from Mr Hanipah . I was really satisfied , i really recommend for those who want a short trip in kelantan to try unit from Mr Hanipah . it was worth your money , thanks , that's all

Sangat selesa untuk yang berkeluarga. kedai yang sangat banyak khasnya sebelah malam, komfom tak lapar. permandangan cantik menghadap sungai Kelantan. owner juga sangat mesra dan mudah berurusan.

The host very cool, friendly and responsive. I requested for early check-in and a bit late check-out. Near to Pasar Siti Khadijah and others viral place. Love the view from the balcony since the house at level 12 😍 I will repeat to stay there when I am coming to Kota Bharu next time 🥰

Spacious! The rooms, spaces, beddings exactly like shown in pics but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. The kids loved the pool so much, we went each morning and evening. Private parking was also our priority thus having accesiblity to park within the gated perimeters really helps! Thanks Coco for being such a wonderful host!
