We have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. This was, by far, the best! The location is exactly what we were looking for! The house was well appointed, clean and up to date! We had to contact the host just once(our mistake), and they were quick to respond and help as much as they could. We will absolutely be back!

Loved our stay here! Was a perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants and the pier. I stayed here with my wife, kid, 2 parents and had plenty of space to feel comfortable. Would recommend this place when visiting Galveston!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent’s beach house. The beach is literally a few steps outside the front door. All the bedrooms and the livingroom have decks with a nice view of the beach. We stayed during Spring Break. The beach is private access so it was peaceful and was not crowded. The kids loved the hideaway spot at the top floor and made it their own little space. This place has a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was beautiful. We loved being right on the beach. Listening to and watching the waves from house was exactly what we wanted. We walked the beach daily. Swimming was great. Sitting on the deck with our morning cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the day. It was an easy trip into Galveston on the ferry. We ate at great restaurants and enjoyed fresh seafood. Renee was very friendly and responsive. This was the perfect place for our relaxing trip.

Location, location, location. This was perfect for us to spend time in both Galveston and Freeport. The peace and privacy of this place were perfect. Just a few steps to the beach it was great. Melanie and Daryl

House is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to and from. Being able to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean was very peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend! We had 6 teenagers who had zero complaints as well as the adults. The hot tub had not been serviced at no fault to the owner and she immediately had an alternate company out to service the hot tub upon check in. The beds were all very comfortable! The location was also perfect! We took our personal golf cart to the dollar store. It’s also very close to Nauti Beaver a local hot spot. The walk to the beach was super easy and we felt comfortable letting the kids walk down. It was fun to feed the many turtles from the back deck in the canal. Overall we would definitely stay again if the cabin was available. Communication was stellar.

We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Taras beautiful home. Tara did a tremendous job she thought of everything that a family would need including the above ground pool/toys /beach. Very clean and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely go back.

My daughters and I, along with their families, enjoyed a wonderful week in Gloria's beautiful home. The outdoor oasis was enjoyed by all. You could walk down to the beach, there's a wagon available to haul beach chairs/toys. Very private backyard. You won't go wrong by reserving this today!

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. This was our third time staying at the Flip Flop Inn, and it remains our favorite AirBnB out of many, many that we have stayed at all over the world. We love the decor/atmosphere, and the house is simple and bright, with plenty of room for our two families of four, but still feeling like a simple house that is not stressful to manage while staying there (like some luxury rental homes can feel). The back deck is a very pleasant place to hang out and pass the time.

Highly recommend this house for your Galveston stay especially if you have a large group! Absolutely loved the open floor plan and the front balcony was amazing for the kids to play. The pool was incredible and stocked with so many pool toys for the kids. The beach is super close - even with kids who like to take their time walking - it didn't take us more than 5 minutes and we had toes in the sand! The hosts were the most responsive and helpful that I have ever experienced - you cannot go wrong with this house! We had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here (or in any of their properties) again!

Jonathan was an amazing host even thought some stuff came up, he was 100% responsive and attentive, the house was absolutely beautiful, we will definitely book the place again in the future!

This is a beautiful house, and having your own pool for children cannot be beat. There is plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for the whole family.

I was very impressed by the condition of the house. It is well maintained and clean! 🙌🏻 Decorated in soft beach colors. It was a quick walk before your toes hit the sand and surf. There is something to do on every level of the house! Chairs on the observation deck, fully stock kitchen with every appliance you might need and then some, comfortable and clean bed/bathrooms, and the downstairs covered patio has a fenced in grassy area for your pet and yard games, along with a built in table, chairs, charcoal grill, private shower, and items to take to the beach. 🏖️ There are several flights of stairs throughout, however, we enjoy burning the extra calories consumed while on vacay!😉 This house is a great place to celebrate a special occasion with family and friends! The house is a quick drive from restaurants and other activities. Rudy has thought of everything you might need and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. You will definitely enjoy The Ocean Aire!

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The accommodation was very clean and had an unrestricted view of the gulf to the South. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

We were there 5 years ago for my 65th birthday at that time there was a lot of beach in front of the house so you walk down the beach. This year there was no beach the water had taken the beach away. All and all we had great time. Great beach house. Need more bandaids in first aid kit. Brother in law slipped on the rocks try to feel the water. Check out time really sucked 10 am it should be noon for what we paid. Check in was 4 o’clock a little late

Arthur was very quick to respond if we needed anything! The hot tub and golf cart were amazing amenities to have. The house is in a perfect location to walk to the beach or take the golf cart as well as a quick drive to restaurants/shops.

Very nice place with a lot of space. Had no issues while there.
