Ev sahipleri başından beri mesajlara hızlı cevap verdi.Güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.Eğer arabanız yoksa yürümek birazcık sıkıntı olabilir ki biz yürümek zorunda kaldık.Ulaşım olarak 1 saatte 1 köyün merkezinden geçen otobüsle ulaşımınızı sağlayabilirsiniz.Köyün merkezinde bakkal market vs. bulunmaktaydı.Ev genel olarak çok rahat çok konforluydu mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek bütün araç-gereçler bulunuyordu.Manzaraya çok huzur vericiydi.Ev sahibinin verdiği odunlar sayesinde hem sobayı rahatlıkla yakabildik hem de mangal yakıp doğanın tadını çıkarabildik.Klima da mevcuttu.Ev genel olarak temizdi fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi.Ev havuza sahipti fakat şu an boştu bu yüzden yazın daha çok tercih edilebilir bir yer.Ev sahibine ikramlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz:)

Great place at nice location. Felt at home in a traditional setting. Given 6 bedrooms, would have been better with an additional bathroom. But overall functional. Selim turned out to be great host - friendly and took care of things.

Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt mit dem Empfang, und der Spezialunterkunft (wegen einem Missverständnis beim buchen und verschieben und dich nicht verschieben - waren die Betten alle belegt, was eher zu einem Privileg für mich geführt hat :)), der Unterhaltung mit Mehmet und mit anderen Gästen... We stayed six nights at this apartment in Güzelyalı, Izmir, and had a very good experience. The host, Çağdaş, contacted us before arrival, met us in person, kindly helped with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodative throughout. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was just like the listing—clean, well-kept, and fully functional. The sea view was unobstructed and a highlight of the stay. The space was well arranged and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops, and a mall. The area felt safe and active. Communication with Çağdaş was easy, and he replied quickly when needed. He also offered some great local tips for restaurants and tours. I recommend this place and would stay again.

Evin konumu ve deniz manzarası gayet tatmin edici, temiz ve düzenli olup kış mevsiminde konaklayacaklar için gayet yeterli ısıtmaya sahipti. Evin ısıtması doğalgaz ve şömine ile sağlanıyor, şömine ve deniz manzarası bu evi diğer evlerden öne çıkarıyor. Ev nezih bir mahallede ve etraftaki dükkan sahipleri esnaflığı iyi biliyor. Apartman sakinleri rahatsız edici insanlar değil, apartman genel olarak sessiz ve huzurlu. Tavsiye ediyorum bir Turizmci olarak.

Elvan hanım konaklama boyunca çok yardımsever ve dost canlısı idi. Ev ile alakalı hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. Yeni, tertemiz bir daire, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Kültürpark İzmire çok yakın. 10dk yürüyüş ile sakin deniz kenarına ve/veya hareketli gece hayatına ulaşmanız mümkün. Mutfak araç ve gereçleri fazlası ile yeterli. Sakin huzurlu bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar konaklamak isterim.

We had a great stay at Asli and Elvan’s place. The apartment is nicely renovated and everything is very well thought out. The living room has nice light even though the apartment is on the ground floor. The design of the two bedrooms with the courtyard in between worked well for us - our 4yo daughter thought it was very cool to have her own space but it was still safe and accessible to reach us if she needed. The neighborhood is not the most charming part of Izmir but it is very convenient. You can easily walk to Alsancak and Konak pier, and the Izmir Kulturpark nearby is huge and beautiful. Hosts were responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The only thing I would note for other guests is that sound travels down through the courtyard, which can make it hard to sleep with the windows open if you have noisy neighbors. We did the first night but the other nights were peaceful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Murat's place. The location is unique and the street where the house is situated is accessible with the Izmir's historical elevator building (asansor). The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a great view to the sea and the surrounding neighborhoods. Murat is a kind host. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. We could park our car in a dedicated parking spot at the entrance. If you don't mind the stairs it is a very nice place to stay in Izmir!

Der persönliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr herzlich – ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst sauber, die Betten sind super hygienisch und sehr bequem. Auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert, und es gab immer eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist – besonders die Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Messe ist optimal. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber für den tollen Aufenthalt!
