We only stayed here for one night but the villa was beautiful. Quite modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. Oner was very responsive and great at communicating. We really appreciated him allowing us a very late check in due to our flight being delayed. A very good find.

We had family reunion in this house and everything was great! The kitchen has everything you need - lots of pots, pans, plates and glasses. The house has many spacious rooms and can accommodate many people. It is located in a very beautiful location with a view of the mountains, and you can see the sea from loggia on the third floor. All supermarkets are located near the house. The host is responsible and quickly responds to any requests. I will definitely stay in this house again.

Biz genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. İhtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibimiz de çok tatlı sıcakkanlı bi insandı. Tam bir fp! Kemere gelecek olursak mutlaka yine tercih ederiz🙏🏻

We loved our stay at Berrin’s place! It was so peaceful, beautiful and calm - exactly what my family wanted for a vacation! The house is even better than in pictures: brand new and stylish, we loved amazing garden and barbecue area. Berrin is so lovely and helped us with suggestions where to go around Kemer, where to find local food markets and where to change cash at a great FX rate. Overall we loved our stay at Berrin’s place, definitely recommending it to and hope to come back some time! Thank you!

Une maison magnifique très propre. Proche de toutes commodités , des magasins à 5min à pied, la plage a 10 min à pied. Dès arrêts de bus un peu partout qui nous permettent d’aller très rapidement à kemer ou antalya et qui sont très peu chère. Les restaurants au alentour aussi sont top et peu chère. La clim dans le salon et les chambres très utile! La piscine été très propre et le jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avions demander une machine à café et ils nous ont acheté une toute neuve ! C’était vraiment gentil. Merci à Irina , Mustapha et Julia ! Ils ont été au top. Les échanges par messages étaient très rapide les réponses à mes questions en quelques minutes. Il manquait juste un micro onde et aussi la porte de la petite chambre qui avait du mal à se fermer. Mais à part cela aucun soucis. Je recommande a 100% cette villa si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances reposante dans le calme.

Neslihan hanım, ev ile her türlü detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş, titiz ve harika bir ev sahibi.

Ev sahibi çok cana yakın ve güleryüzlüydü dolaptaki meyve, soda ve su ikramı önceden düşülerek dolaba koyulması özel hissettirdi. Ev beklediğimizden çok daha temiz ve düzenliydi en ufak toz dahi yoktu. Ev sahibinin verdiği yerel tavsiyeler gezerken bize çok yardımcı oldu. Antalyaya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tekrar burada kalırım.

My parents had a great time at Ruzgars place. There is everything you need for your daily life, few minutes away from beach. Ruzgar was very friendly and always in touch if they needed anything

8 günlük konaklamamız süresince çok rahat ettik. Ev konforu ve sıcaklığında bir mekan. Gayet düzenli ve temizdi. Mutfak kısmı çok kullanışlı ve ihtiyaç duyulabilecek çoğu şey mevcuttu. Sanem Hanım misafirleri için birçok şeyi düşünmüş. Fiyat olarak adil bir fiyat diyebilirim. Tekrar Kemer'e seyahatim olursa yine konaklamak isterim.

We had a great experience staying here. Our flat was upgraded to an even better option, which was a pleasant surprise. Any inquiries we had were answered very quickly, making the whole process smooth and easy. The flat itself was nice and met all of our needs. The WiFi was very good. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

Расположение от моря и центра 25 минут ходьбы. В жару далековато пешком ходить. Квартира в которой мы жили, была на первом этаже, удобно было с коляской и чемоданом. Квартира чистая, постельные принадлежности идеально чистые. Все необходимое в принципе есть. Нет телевизора, но нам это не особо было важно. Помощница хозяина всегда была на связи и старалась во всем помочь . Спасибо за отдых.

Herkese selamlar, Daire keyifli idi. 3 kişi için ideal. 4. kişiyi zorlar. Kızım salondaki koltukta uyudu, biz yatak odasında. Klimalar temiz ve güzel çalışıyor idi. Ilk girişte her şey temiz idi. Havlular kirlendikçe istedik, temizleri verildi. Mutfak yeterliydi. Ortak alanda çamaşır makinesi var. Bölge Göynük diye geçiyor. Çok yakininda halk plaji var 2 gun gittik. Sonra Çamyuva halk plajına araba ile 7-10 dk da ulaştık. Mavi bayraklı ve tertemiz. Dibi çakıl, girecek dalgasız. Şezlong ücretli ancak uygun. Phaselis antik kentinde denize girdik. Müze kart uygulamasını indirip üye olduk ve sabah saatlerinde çok sıra beklemeden giriş yaptık. Burada Şezlong vs yok ancak ormanın içinde olduğunuz için gölge alan çok. Havlu serip denize girdik. 2 mt den sonra denizin dibi kum oluyor. Dalga yok, dümdüz su. Çocuklar için ideal. Tarihin içinde yüzmek çok keyifli idi. Kemer halk plajına da gidebilirsiniz. Göynük'te yemek yeri biz pek bulamadık. Kemer'e gidip orada yedik. 10 15 dk maksimum zaten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Gastgeber war sehr freundlich gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, tolles morgenrot zu sehen, man konnte sich sehr gut entspannen und Kraft tanken, das Meer war mit ein Paar Schritten zu erreichen, nettes Kaffee in der Nähe. Ein herzliches Danke an den Gastgeber.

Vielen herzlichen Dank. Es war wunderbares Aufenthalt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit unsere zwei Kinder , wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe fürs nächstes Mal werde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch mal aufsuchen. Vielen Dank noch mal.

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.
