Great spot to stay! It was especially convenient for visiting my daughter at Georgetown

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Arlington. There is lots of space and it is in a safe location. I highly recommend this house!

Helen’s place felt like home and was an amazing place for our family to have some time with our Midshipman from the Naval Academy. Helen was kind and super responsive in communication. We would definitely visit again.

Our extended family enjoyed our stay and would stay again! The house is enormous with large bedrooms (and a master bedroom the size of a small house!). The finishes and appliances are very nice. The home is sparsely but nicely decorated. Some windows could use blinds/treatments. Nice backyard for kids to play, and the basement was great for playing indoors as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare large family meals, though it could use more dishes for a house this size. We enjoyed the new grill and fire pit on the back porch. Very conveniently located for access to DC and surrounding areas. The garage easily fit 2 cars with plenty of room in the driveway for others. Overall great stay and we would recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at Kaleab’s immaculate home while visiting the DMV area for the weekend! The home was very clean and equipped with quality amenities and furnishings that made our stay enjoyable, relaxing, and felt right at home. Check-In and Check-Out was seamless due to Kaleab’s clear instructions and we appreciated his thoughtfulness and flexibility with our arrival and departure times. The home has smart TVs on every level, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, garage parking, including onsite visitor’s parking with decal for larger vehicles just to name a few amenities. Kaleab’s home is stocked with all the essentials one would need while traveling. The beds were comfortable and the master suite was a treat with a state of the art bathroom and walk-in closet. The home is centrally located when visiting the DMV area being about 15 mins or less in either direction, which is very convenient. Kaleab is a great and responsive communicator. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

The place is exactly as pictured and listed, very cozy for our group of 3 small families. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating with all our requests, and there were lots of conveniences such as extra towels and blankets, coffee beans and grinder, toiletries, baking sheets, kid related supplies, and more. Dining and lounge areas will be a tad short on seating for a max group of 8, but we adapted just fine to that. It was below freezing for much of our stay but the house stayed very comfortable for us. We found the area to be quiet, but we aren't sound sensitive so YMMV. There's a large grocery store and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. DEFINITELY hit up Cafe Dear Leon if you can, it is a bakery in walking distance and all 8 of us raved about every item.

Great location and very spacious house. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults.. and had more than enough room for all of us. Has lots of different room and places for kids to play. Quiet and beds were very comfortable. Tyler was a great host very communicative.

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the hosts. Always great experience, house is always spotless, the hosts are always responsive and the location for us was perfect. Thank you!
