It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Compact place but comfy and very handy for the station, plus the Laines down hill and Seven Dials up hill. Would stay again.

Fab , comfortable apartment which is very well equipped. Very clean and check in was thorough. Comes with a parking space which is premium, especially in Brighton. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

The annex was great, did fit the purpose; very quite & nice But the best was how much Sarah cared, as I had several special requirements like a desk to study etc and she was very keen on fulfilling my needs Thanks

Good location and good-sized flat with everything you could need. Next to a coffee shop and round the corner from a Co-Op plus loads of takeaways, a short walk to the beach and into the city. Comfortable beds and living space, smart home features, and nice to have access to working spaces and monitors that double as TVs in the bedrooms. We ran into an issue during our stay which was not Andrew’s fault, and I can’t fault the way it was handled, as he was very responsive even on a Friday night and compensated us for the trouble which was appreciated. We also appreciated an extended check out he allowed us to have. It’s good to know that if anything does go wrong which sometimes just happens in any property, that he will handle it swiftly.

Mark was a first class host, friendly, approachable and very quick to respond. We stayed here for 3 months as our own house was being refurbished. It was a fantastic experience. The flat was a real home from home, a good sized and well equipped kitchen, amazing large lounge and massive master bedroom. I used the second bedroom as an office, which has a good size desk and great views over leafy gardens. The flat was very quiet and we’d recommend it to anyone. It’s in a great location, walk out the front door, look to your right and you can see the sea. Church Road is only a few minutes walk and it has an amazing range of bars and restaurants. Hove station is also nearby. We could not have wished for a better experience in Hove. Well done Mark !

Beautiful accommodation! Great location right at the sea, within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was spotless and just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

Thank You, June - it was the second time we have stayed with you this year and it really feels like a "home from home". Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. I‘ve stayed in Brighton many times over the years. It is a fabulous city, but it does have challenges, namely parking and extremely loud seagulls that start squawking at 4am. Niki’s place has a very useful off-street parking spot and I could hardly hear the seagulls inside and slept very well. Apart from those practical issues, the flat is charming - nicely decorated, super comfortable, well-equipped - and it’s close enough to the station and shops be convenient but not enough to be loud. Seven Dials is a fun neighbourhood with lots of great coffee shops. This is a strong, five-star recommend!

This is a fabulous retreat and just perfect for us. It is comfortable, warm and spacious, with lots of little extras, and ideally located for a seafront stroll.

Great accommodation within easy walking distance of beach, shops, and restaurants. The perfect base for a trip away to Brighton. Well kept apartment with all the comforts of home. Clare went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right for our stay.

The best place I have stayed in Brighton. The apartment was perfect, very clean and spacious, smells very nice. The bathrooms were very clean and it was very in convenient having an en-suite too with a 2 single bed room, was perfect for our family. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything needed with all appliances from kitchen to the living room, the sofas are very comfortable and a smart tv was essential for us. The host was very nice, and communicates very fast with prompt replies, and it was very easy to check-in.

Me and my husband enjoyed are 1 night , stay at the hide away. Jude welcomed us when we arrived at hideaway. The property unique and very well decorated I m very relaxed and peaceful. We will be returning to the hideaway.Because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend or week. Thank you jude 😊

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Pete est un hôte remarquable. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et même si le logement n'était pas aussi propre et fonctionnel que nous aurions souhaité, Pete s'est montré à notre écoute. Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

When I saw this place available, I booked straight away - I was totally sold on the private indoors pool, big jacuzzi and infrared sauna. The whole house and set up are beautiful, and there’s loads to do nearby, particularly with kids. The flat is well catered, Dave was ever so helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights as we were celebrating his birthday. The stay was amazing! Location is brilliant and the airbnb has everything you need to feel at home. We were not very lucky with the weather, so the hot tub made all the difference as were still able to enjoy a luxurious get away. Both Izabela and Adrian were extremely responsive and very friendly. We are 100% coming back!
