We had the best time staying at Nicks place for yeh perfect weekend. The house was so clean and tidy, perfect location and exactly what we needed for our weekend away. Nick was so fast at responding and very flexible with us. If we are down in Brighton again we would love to come back!

Had a fab stay at this property in March 2025. Were so lucky to have lovely weather and be able to sit out in the beautiful, peaceful garden. The house is lovely! Photos don't actually do it full justice, much nicer than we even expected. Living room area was very comfy and cosy. Bedrooms all very nice and the bed in the downstairs room with en suite was soooo comfortable. A great touch having breakfast items, milk and juice provided. Just a few mins walk away from the house you have a co op and a lovely pizzeria (delicious food). Shame the cafe was closed before 3pm on the Sat and not open at all on the Sun. We definitely would've visited if it had been open. Had a really great stay.... so much so I'm already looking to return with my family later in the year... if it's not booked up! Thanks again Wendy

I had an amazing stay here. Diets, the host, was incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless and larger than expected. The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had such an amazing time at Ed’s place. The place is amazing & our kids (and Betty our dog) loved it. Loads of local cafes & restaurants that the kids loved which were all dog friendly. Would highly recommend the area & easy to travel down to Brighton centre. Will definitely stay again 👍👏🎉

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

We had a lovely time. Gorgeous family house with the sweetest cat. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again, thank you so much!

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Helen was a fabulous host with plenty of communication prior to our arrival. The place was immaculate and spacious and we had a wonderful stay. The little extra touches like the fresh milk, doggy treats, breakfast items and freshly baked bread (which was delicious) just made our stay that little bit more special. We ate at The Bull in Ditchling following the recommenation and the food was superb and the pub is just lovely. We had a delightful stay and whilst we didn't see the white stag we would love to return in the summer to make the most of the surrounding nature reserves and woodland. Thank you Helen for being a fabulous host and making us feel so welcome.

This is a gorgeous place to spend time. The apartment is spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equiped with comfy beds. It is centrally located amongst the shops, bars and resturants of Hove, but once inside it is a very peaceful place to stay. It is also only a short walk to Hove seafront. The host responded quickly to any questions and gave us clear instructions regarding access to the property, the parking space and the property amenities. We will definitely consider staying again next time we are in the area. Having visited Brighton and Hove countless times over the years, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Also, If it is your first trip to the area and you are travelling by car don't underestimate how nice it is to have parking included.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

This is a lovely spot for a few days in Brighton. It's close to the sea, and also to the centre of Brighton, as well as well placed for Kemptown. St James Street at the top end has all the amenities you could need and some excellent places to eat and drink as well. The flat itself is spacious, characterful and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Peter gave clear communication at all times and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

Jason's place was very welcoming with all the comforts of home. Really well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Lovely welcome pack of oat milk,fruit bread,vegan spread and a bottle of white wine. We paid for parking permits and found parking in the road outside easy during our stay. On a steep hill so decided to get taxis on the way back from town.Would book again and would highly recommend.

myself, a friend and partner stayed over the weekend for a music festival on the beach. We were greeted with breakfast items and a lovely bottle of prosecco chilled in the fridge, which was a wonderful welcome to Kerry's place. A magnificent view across the landscape can be seen from the velux windows and a clean and stylish interior makes you feel comfortable and a home from home is definitely the feel during your stay. thankyou so much for a great place to stay and a lovely host.

I booked a very last minute trip and Simon accommodated me perfectly with short notice. A lovely place to stay with extra care and detail inside the property, in a wonderful location - just a short walk to everything you’d want to see!

Jane is a great host and her cat Esme steals the show! I felt very comfortable in that little roses room. And her attic room?! Incredible! What a place to be! I highly recommend booking that for yourself when in doubt :) Very quiet but central location. Loved it!

Wir hatten Pech mit der Anreise konnten aber dann flexibel anreisen! Der Empfang war freundlich! Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und vom Fenster aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Gärten; das Bad ist groß ind kann durch Fenster gelüftet werden. Das Frühstück ist einfach, weiches Brot mit Butter und Marmelade, Kekse, Tee und Instantkaffee, Früchte Milch und Saft! Es muss auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden. In der Nähenist ein Pub, dass bietet Mittagessen und Abendessen an! In der Stadt kann man Frühstücken, je nach Anbieter 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß! Uber Taxi aus der Stadt kostet 9 Pfund! Bahnhof ist um die Ecke!

Perfect location for a short break in Brighton. Clean, quiet and away from the busy areas. 10 minutes in an Uber to the town centre and bus stop nearby if you prefer. Comfortable and everything we needed - we spent most of our time in town and/or with friends locally. Paula was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Poppy is lovely too!

Andrew was a natural, uber helpful and kind. Although he leads a very busy life he is always attentive to guests' needs. Top of the class

Wow, what a fantastic find and a fantastic place to stay! The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a comfy king bed and plenty of refreshments. Amazing stay over all! Rachel and Morgan were fantastic hosts, friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was a little bit far from the city centre but public transport was really close to the house and very convenient. The bedroom was tidy and comfy, and the shower was clean and spacious. Great experience!

Perfect from start to finish. Incredibly responsive messaging and helpful prior to booking. Flexible check in, nice touch having water left for us after a night out! Lovely breakfast and great hosts.
