Natasha's place is so cosy and peaceful! I highly recommend her place for a break surrounded by beautiful views and multiple hiking routes. I look forward to staying here again!

Treetops is a shrine in the countryside. Sam is a truly wonderful host. She had thought of literally everything. Her instructions were very clear and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The hot tub was a welcome extra that we really loved and to have the opportunity to have a massage and reflexology was just magic. Thank you Sam, we will look forward to returning to your glorious retreat for some more peace 😁

Great host and we had a great stay.

The flat is well situated within easy walk of Ticehurst village, a short drive to a National Trust property and around 25 mins from Tunbridge Wells. Sarah was very helpful and accommodating.

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

We stayed in the barn for 3 months, and it was a perfect home for us. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful with all the check-in details, and was always on hand if we had any queries. The barn was very cosy, and perfect in every way. It was well kept and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We were regularly greeted by a lovely dog and made good friends with the cat! The surrounding areas were great for country walks and there’s a lovely local pub as a treat. We certainly would return back to the barn in future. Thanks to Rebecca for her amazing hosting!

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

A Perfect place to stay. Thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable, quiet environment to relax in. Everything we needed was provided. A few minutes walk takes you up on the Downs or to the town centre. Easy access to Brighton on the train.

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing Christmas break at this wonderful accommodation. It was spotless, surprisingly spacious and had a lovely cosy feel. Lovely views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Carolin and Adrian are lovely, friendly hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we are looking forward to staying again.

Thank you Andrea for a convenient and peaceful stay! Apartment was just like in pictures and also really clean and tidy. Andrea responded quickly to all our requests and was really friendly.

We were attracted to Pascale's AirBnB by the off road parking. We found the property very clean, warm and well stocked, everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Location easy to find, very quite and private. definitely an dependant stay as we never met/saw the owner/Pascale, however all instructions were easy to follow and there was a phone number should we have required information or support.

Beautiful, cosy cabin. In the owners garden but still felt private. Parking available and a private patio. Claire was a great host, very responsive, and Sunny, the dog, was adorable. We had a lovely stay and would book again if we were in the area.

Laura & her husband were charming hosts. Laura very kindly dropped us at the church. We only stayed a night for a wedding but it was comfortable & clean. Thank you.

Just wonderful. The “home “ was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable and well equipped. Kelly had left a playmat and toys for our grandchild. What a wonderful hostess. We thoroughly recommend this letting .

We've just got back from a 3 night stay and it was absolutely fantastic. Lovely place, very clean, great facilities, easy access into Brighton using the bus with the bus stop only a short walk away. We would definitely book this place again if we're back in the area.

Excellent atmosphere and peaceful ambiance. Me and my friends really enjoyed our time at this place. Very responsible and friendly host, gave us some recommendations about local places which we visited later. In short Mona was a great host.

Stayed here for new years and we loved it! The place is squeaky clean and super comfortable. As someone who prefers to cook in i absolutely loved the kitchen; it’s well equipped and the gorgeous big Island feels as though you have plenty of space! The bathroom was another bonus, very modern with a great size bath and luxurious walk in shower. We loved all the windows and doors and you feel very private despite the house being next door. Inside felt really spacious and uncluttered with a really comfortable sofa and blankets - the tv even had Netflix set up! Would definitely recommend and stay again thank you Avril and Paul

I’ve just come back from a 6 day stay. The decider for me was the dog sitting service! I needed a place that was near to Brighton, Worthing and Shoreham for various family events but having my dog in tow meant I couldn’t take him to all dos but Wes and his family took care of him and I can’t thank them enough! They made my stay stress free and although I didn’t stay in the annex for long, it was a quiet haven I needed to escape to after some busy, long days. The annex itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enough for me and the pooch. First few days I was on my own and felt safe. My 15 year old niece then joined me and Sarah made up the sofa bed for her. I’d say the annex is just big enough for the 2 of us, it would’ve been a bit of a squeeze for a third person. I loved the bathroom, big and spacious with a great shower! Now I have found this little gem I will definitely stay again! Thank you Wes and family x

Great little place in a very rural and peaceful location. Sparkling clean, all mod cons, great comms from Phillip and Zillah and a real little home from home.

Cute and cozy loft, which was very clean. It was easy to get into Brighton centre we walked or took the bus. Would recommend!

A lovely little treasure of a place in beautiful surroundings - if you like the country air, walking, and a great local community style boozer - which we did and do. Would recommend a stay - bring your wellies if staying in winter.
