Entrée autonome théorique mais serrure connectée HS rendant l’entrée autonome impossible. Josh a été réactif et est venu faire le check in 20mn après. Il a été flexible pour les horaires de départ. L’appartement est conforme au photos pour l’intérieur, mais pendant notre séjour, en hiver, l’extérieur n’est pas préparé. La literie est moyenne.

Great house and a great host.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Great stay in a great house. Lots of good amenities seconds from the sea, pubs, shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

Kejia was a wonderful host, always easy to communicate with and there to help us. The little house was perfect and clean.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It was very easy to relax here at the end of the day. The kitchen is bright, spacious and well-equipped. Louise is very generous with her basic foodstuffs: teas, condiments, sauces etc. She also bought us fresh bread and milk. Louise is a great communicator. She always responded almost immediately and was always friendly and thoughtful in her messages. The rules were clear and easy to follow. The mirror in the bathroom has a switch on the right that lights it up- very nice. The shower has great water pressure. Just up the hill- less than a 2 minute walk- is a pub, the Fox on the Downs. It's a friendly, social place where we felt welcomed and met interesting people. Dobbie's Garden Center next to the racecourse- less than a 5 minute walk- has a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch and a small Waitrose grocery store inside.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Lovely accommodation and great location near Hove station. Spacious place and very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to explore Brighton and Hove!

Jo's apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Brighton, 2 mins from the pier and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is bright, spacious and fit out perfectly for a family of 4. Jo was quick to respond and provided really clear instructions for checking in and out. We had such a lovely weekend staying at her accommodation and we would love to return again.

Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Caroline's place. Everything was as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard garden and the absolutely amazing location. So many places to get delicious food nearby and just over the road from Sea Lanes swimming pool - perfect for a sauna and sea swim. The house is full of really cool little details and we felt perfectly at home. Would definitely recommend

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Silvija's place is brilliant. The location was as perfect as you can get given that you're near all the nightlife, but so near for it to be noisy. All the required cooking amenities were included which was great. We were also sent helpful tips from Silvija on how to work the TV. It's located above a very nice cocktail bar which I recommend visiting. Next time we visit Brighton, I'll be sure to check if Silvija's place is available.

Such a beautiful apartment looking over the water. Jaclyn was a superb host & everything was so smooth!

Our stay at Eleanor's was great. The location was perfect for us. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Taxis arrived quickly when needed. Quiet neighborhood with a fantastic breakfast restaurant within half a block. The Airbnb itself was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Eleanor communicated with us very quickly. She left clear instructions with pictures on how to get inside. Our stay was very comfortable and homey.

Lovely apartment, very cozy and perfect to read a book on the sofa with the lighting. First time being in Brighton so wasn't sure what to expect, however the apartment felt comfortable and homely. It was decorated amazingly, I definitely got some inspiration on how to decorate my own home. The only small fault, which was no fault of the owners, was the lack of parking nearby, so it ended up being quite costly. However the place was perfect for a mini break, thankyou:)))

We have just come back from a weekend at Sarahs.We went with another couple. The flat was easy to find. When we walked in we were just taken a back at how lovely it was, we kept wandering around saying, oooh isnt that lovely and what great taste Sarah had🤣 Sarah had left crossiants and milk and a bottle of prosecco which was so kind. The flat is spotless and there are many cute little extra touches which makes it such a great experience. Great place for location. 2 of us swam Saturday morning in the freezing sea and was so easy to walk down and up in a towel! We like to walk and its a lovely place to walk from. Can see why the place is popular and why Sarah is a super host. Thankyou Sarah

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

The Old Photographic Studio is such a great place to stay. We have stayed before and it was even better than before, as we were watching our daughter run the Brighton Half Marathon which literally passes in front of our doorstep!! Great Host and Great place. Couldnt recommend it more highly. Caroline Taylor

We had a glorious stay, the place is beautiful and we were particularly fond of the view and the lift. Very responsive host would definitely stay again!
