Great accomdation and home on top of a hill in Brighton. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay, accomdation had everything we needed. Within walking distance of the Lanes, the seafront, and Sea Lanes. some great local pubs on the doorstep as well. Many Thanks we woulld book again

This rental saved my bacon awaiting completion on my new home. I was there a total of 3 months and it was perfect for my in-between "home." Very good wifi, lovely and warm as toast in the winter and a lovely view of the sea when the sun shines!

Nick's place was a delightful place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. The house is charming and homely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from nice cafes, the local shops and the beach. Brighton was busy and Nick's place felt like a welcome haven away from the busy centre of Brighton. Nick is a thoughtful, kind host and we would be delighted to come again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Georgian Retreat ! Was a brilliant base - super close to the beach and the lanes A really cool space to spend time with the family in the vibey interior - perfectly set up for entertaining - beds and bed linen super comfy and premium - same with the towels provided - hotel levels. We had a great stay :)))

Really great stay , great communication from the host , house was spotless when we arrived, the host kindly left tea coffee bread milk and fresh fruit , house was very cosy and well equipped , we felt at home straight away , easy walk to the seafront with a couple of pubs on route

Four of us stayed at Swallows nest. As son as you walk in to the cottage it is a beautiful place, which is spotlessly clean. They have really made use of the space and it is very welcoming. The cottage has everything you need, home from home. The beds are amazing- best night sleep I have had in a long time. You have a private outside area with seating, heat lamp, bbq and pool table. The surrounding gardens are beautiful especially at night with the lights. Easy access to the pool, steam room and hot tub which again are 10/10. We used these daily throughout our stay. Towels, robes and slippers were provided in the cottage. The host were very informative, there is lots of information within the welcoming pack of local spots, shops restaurants etc. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay, that is not too far out if you do decide to adventure off for the day, but in a beautiful private area packed with wildlife.

Gorgeous barn with beautiful finishes. Three things I value most in a stay are soft lighting, quality kitchen utensils and views. This stay had all of these.

Nice place, knew what we were getting and lived up to the images and descriptions. Kitchen was fully equipped and they kindly left essentials. Ideal for the peaceful stay with family we wanted. Little too much chlorine in the jacuzzi but beautiful views and a starry night from it. Thanks

Very clean cabin, some carpets etc looked brand new. Quite a roomy space, lovely decking and hot tub which we used even in awful weather. The view of the lake is lovely. Bathrooms lovely and modern, always hot water and both showers were power showers. TVs were smart TVs so we had Netflix etc available. Only downside I would say is that the hot tub is in view of the road so anyone passing by can see you. Host is very responsive and friendly!

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Shirley was really accommodating, she helped me with a few problems I had with changing the check in date. The caravan was really nice, clean and tidy when I arrived for my stay. Lots of spare tissue, towels and stuff like that. The caravan park is also great, just a shame about the weather. We would definitely go back for another stay.

everything was vey nice, we all were happy and we would 100% come here again. exactly how the place looked in pictures and everything was super easy to find and do. the spa complex was amazing, worth every penny literally could of spend the whole day there.

Wow! Thank you for an amazing stay Toby & Kate! Such a wonderful location; a lovely walk straight from the door. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and there was a roaring fire already going which we were very glad of as it was a chilly, wet day! The flapjacks were delicious and what a treat to have home made bramble jelly - my absolute favourite! And fresh bread and eggs from the chickens too! Everything is so cosy and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and roomy, shower is lovely with shampoo & conditioner / body wash & dressing gowns. You have everything you need in the kitchen including a dishwasher. There are just so many lovely extra touches everywhere. There’s a Smart TV with all the apps too. Our chocolate Lab was very well catered for too; dog towels and bowl! We had a fabulous meal at the Poet at Matfield. Stone Trout with Corn Arancini. Delicious and great service. Great walks at Bedgebury Pinetum & Bewl Water. Really can’t recommend The Pool Shed highly enough!

Immaculately clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martin communicated well before our stay and was extremely responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Location is really good, close to the main attractions. The place has a good internet, functional kitchen, renovated bathroom, bedroom is a good size, mattresses is a bit soft for me but I managed to sleep well from the second night. I would stay there again.

2 Badgers Rest is worth its rating. Tina our host was helpful, let us know she was available but not at all intrusive. The cottage is clean and warm with good quality furnishings and super comfy bed. 5 Star throughout and we will look forward to another visit.

Late arrival, tired and a little confused but Anna was available to correct our errors ( own fault for not opening email chain) On departure my wife left her diamond stud earrings by the bedside. Anna informed us straight away and agreed to mail them to us. We cannot thank whomever enough for their honesty and support. They are from 60th trip to India and very sentimental. The premises are well stocked .We settled in to a good night's sleep straight away, very peaceful and the bed is extremely comfortable. Fantastic gardens. Blessed with beautiful weather and sunsets for the weekend .Brighton centre is a 15 minutes drive, just a little longer on the 5b bus route. Shower was excellent, heating was perfect. After a rushed booking it was an excellent find. We were secretly attending our daughter's half marathon event. Our Westie is 17 and the approach to the accommodation a little steep ((basically if you have mobility issues not for you) Fantastic weekend and would visit again. G& Jan

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

We had a great stay at Peter's cottage. Maybe review the cleaning with the cleaning company ... Low lighting for dinner in the evening on the veranda and a small cabinet in the bathroom to store toiletries 😉

what a fabulous find this was. they have gone to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed….fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, orange juice and even Prosecco and beer on ice! we enjoyed our morning espresso coffee and fully stocked bathroom. quiet surroundings, easy to find. couldn’t ask for more! thank you 😊
