The cabin is very cozy and close to downtown Evergreen. Susan was more than accommodating with checkout time and quick to respond as well!

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Judy’s house was perfect for us (6 adults/teens & 2 dogs)! We loved: •Judy’s thoughtfulness & great communication (we were in the area early and Judy accommodated our needs) •Neighborhood is safe & quiet (you can easily walk your dog) •Location, location, location! Judy’s house was close to everything we wanted to do - Loveland ski slopes (great for beginners), Boulder, Lair o’ the Bear Park (dog friendly) •We appreciated the thoughtful touches like dog bed, bowls and waste bags •We loved the ArganOil shampoo & conditioner, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, & bottle of PooPourri in each bathroom •The touch thermostat! •Our teens loved foosball, disc golf & the games in front closet •2 living rooms made it easy to spread out •We all loved big backyard! in winter, you can see mountains when standing on back patio (note: there’s a hole in NE side of fencing a small dog can fit through) •Driveway easily accommodates 2 cars •Fun vintage decor! (note: pull kitchen drawers from underneath)

This is a terrific home in a terrific location. Quiet, peaceful, close to shopping. Allie is wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our needs. Truly a home away from home.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

The perfect place for a quick weekend getaway into the mountains! Super spacious, very private and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again in the summer!

Justin’s place was the perfect stay for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. He was on top of every little detail, responded immediately to any question we had, and even let us have a Hibachi chef come by to cook one night. The location is perfect and walkable to all kinds of great things - and all the best parts of Denver are 5-10 minutes away.

Effortless checkin, checkout. Communication was clear and easy. Would stay again!

Julie's place was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had lots of space to spread out. It was walking distance from many restaurants and breweries. Julie herself was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely stay here next time we're in Denver!

It was a very nice apartment. Eyal is great. Professional, responsive and easy to deal with.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. It was my first time in Colorado and wanted to be somewhere between Boulder (to visit a friend) and Denver. Sue’s apartment in Lafayette was perfect! Close enough to the small downtown area with restaurants and shops and a rec center to work out at. The apartment is perfectly located, private, comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay here again for my next visit 😊

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

This home was fabulous! We admittedly didn't spend much time in the home or nearby locale as we were in there for a family funeral in a neighboring town. But the space was perfect, open, very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, linens clean. The hosts were communicative and kind. So much better than a hotel! Would stay again if needed!

We had a great stay, Jimmy was a pleasant host. He is very responsive and proactive to your needs for your stay. This home is beautiful, it was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Would absolutely recommend this home, and would definitely stay here again!

I held a woman’s retreat at the Airbnb. It was the perfect location, warm and inviting. Communication with the team was spot on. They were always available to reach if I have any questions. I highly suggest this property and will probably return back to it in the near future!

A stay at John’s gorgeous place is all about easy & delightful connections - to a terrific house and host, to the most amazing “Central Park”, and to all that Denver and its mountains have to offer. Its location on Washington Park (with two lakes, walking & biking paths, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a rec center for $6/day with work out facilities, pool and group classes) can’t be beat. It is also walkable to amazing (independently owned) breakfast shops, restaurants, and boutiques (check out Bon Ami for dinner). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, 30-minutes to Lookout Mountain or RedRock Amphitheater, and an hour to Boulder. The house itself is stunning with amazing art, a large bedroom and huge bathroom with sauna. We also sat outside on his stunning patio after heating up our leftovers saved in his fridge. Don’t be afraid of sharing the house with John. He gives you the utmost in privacy. Come and go as you please. But he’s also delightful to get to know! A great stay!

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

Our second time staying at this location. Loved it so much we wanted to recreate our family memories. Beautiful home in a peaceful and magical environment. You can not go wrong with this place and the owner is a gem.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.
