Paul and Nancy are wonderful and perfect host. The location is right in the middle of the city but away from the noise and traffic. It is perfectly located. Fred Meyer, restaurants and gas station is right out from their place. The house is complete with all that you need. Paul furnished it with all the appliances, kitchen gadgets, even kitchen spices and toiletries. A big plus is he provided huge freezers and coolers to use. To wake up in the morning to see the river is such a joy. The place is a perfect fishing haven. They have maintained a very clean and beautiful place. I thank them for sharing their piece of paradise.

Great people to rent a space from. They are communicative and quick to respond. Awesome beach walks out the door!

Simon's place is such a gem and Simon is a wonderful host. We love staying there and walking right up to the ski lift!

The views were absolutely stunning!! Never stayed at a place like this and couldn’t take my eyes off the view. We saw otters in the distance from the deck. Walked down the beach at low tide and saw sea lions hunting and catching fish! Saw a bald eagle off the side of the road. Short drive to town and the sea life center. The road was a little rough but not a problem with an SUV. I’ve seen worse (snow and ice had melted when we were there). Kids loved the bed in the raised nook. The second bedroom is small but just enough to get some shut eye. Heat worked well and water was nice and warm. We forgot to get coffee but they had Folgers in the cupboard.

Beautiful stay! We are from out of town, and the morning before check in we went beach combing and came across some friendly dogs who walked the beach with us. We didn’t know the beach we were walking on was the same beach where the house was located and the dogs were the b&b owners dogs!! Check in was easy! Space was clean! It’s a social area in general & shared hot tub space. Everyone was friendly & tolerant of our young children!

My group enjoyed this location and place on our trip to Girdwood. The home is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities that you need for a weekend getaway. The main bedroom with the king bed is a spacious suite. The queen room is standard in a good way and the blackout shade was wonderful. The third room with the swing bed is a bit awkward for an adult, but we made due. The hot tub is a nice addition to the experience after skiing all day. Bring sandals to walk from the house to the tub. It seats three adults comfortably. Getting around town was a learning curve for us. If you drive everywhere it's easy enough, but if you prefer to walk or ride transit it can take some time. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a ski trip.

Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a lovely home full of entertaining amenities. Very spacious with everything we needed and more. Our boys loved the loft area with its comfy seating and cozy reading nook. Lots of games, DVDs, etc. The hot tub and wood burning fire place were perfect after a long day of fishing. We’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The Carriage house cottages were an absolute delightful stay! We had the most amazing bed and pillows so comfortable you just melt into them! The cottage was clean, orderly and stocked with the proper amenities. Girdwood is quiet, beautiful and serene! Thank you!

Place was very nice. The view of the mountains from front porch was great for sunrise coffee. No tv: we liked that. Well stocked . We did t cook as great places n town to eat.

Cozy cabin worked well for us. The location is convenient to Creekbend where we were headed daily. It’s clean, the bed is very comfortable, hosts were easy to contact and provided coffee and little arrival snacks. Area is quiet, easy to walk if desired. We particularly liked the dark night sky and beautiful sunrise over the hills.

So warm and cozy! It was so nice to wake up to coffee and muffins as well. Judy was very responsive and a wonderful host!

We stayed in the tiny house rather than the duplex due to a last minute heating issue - Jess was wonderful with accommodating that change and figuring out a solution that allowed us to come to Hope! The place was wonderful, great area, close to everything and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I would recommend Scott's place. Clean, quiet, and safe. Good location to explore the area and very close to the ski hills. Nicely furnished. A full kitchen with lots of cooking wares and utensils. Easy parking.

Perfect place if you want to be in the middle of everything. Just a walk across the street from the harbor and all the fishing charters. Everything was as expected, Cozy and warm on those soggy Seward days.

Hank’s place was just as described, easy to find with his directions and easy check-in. The apartment was very clean and homey. Lots of games, books and tv provided. As described, no kitchen, but still had an old fashion mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker as well as basic dishes and utensils. Being a few miles outside of downtown it had the perfect secluded feeling without being secluded. We were able to meet Hank in person, super friendly and accommodating with answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay at for a group of 6 people. Even though on our first night, the power went out due to a storm, Cassie was responsive and her husband was friendly and helpful with us by getting us flashlights and letting us know he was in communication with the electric company and even offered to get us a generator if the outage lasted long (only lasted for about and hour and we were able to go to one of the recommended restaurants in Seward whose power came back before ours).

We had such a fun time at Ristines cozy home. It was incredibly close to the sea life center and the park, which was wonderful for traveling with small children. Our booking was incredibly last minute and she was very responsive and helpful. We got in within 30 minutes of messaging her. Everything worked wonderfully and she had all of the amenities we needed! We cooked all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was very user-friendly and there were all of the dishes we could’ve needed.

Awesome place that is close to Seward. Made our stay memorable!

We had a great time at the Asian Motif lodge. It comfortably fit our group of 9, and we were able to cook and use the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was overall plenty of space. Access to laundry was helpful because we were on a longer ski trip. Our group was comfortable walking to Alyeska, albeit it was a little longer of a walk. The host was very helpful and communicative and gave useful advice! Thank you for our memorable stay!

Late summer escape from the farm & Oklahoma heat. We got what we expected & more. My husband, cousin & spouse from NY, & our two grown men boys, arriving & departing different days. The Kenai airport made travel much easier & short flights from & to Anchorage were flight-seeing without the $500+ price tag (according to my cousin). So well equipped, & the local grocery Fred Meyer (that we called the car dealership) was well stocked, people pleasant & helpful...I always left with a smile. The weather was perfect (50-60) & we shipped home 100 lbs of halibut & cod! The fishing in the Kenai was not very successful since we weren't set up for the fast current...but what a mesmerizing & great way to start the day having morning coffee on the river deck. So appreciate Manuel & Debbie for sharing their beautiful home built by Manuel & his dad, John, & many friends. I love the legacy. Tony & Gina Crotty, Stillwater, OK

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, clean home and host was incredible with communications! We had to extend our stay twice and the host was responsive and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again for all our personal and business needs.
