Very nice studio and super convenient to the slopes, as well as the multiple amenities offered by the Alyeska resort. Nice small touches as well. The updated bathroom and shower were very nice.

Corey and Beth's apartment was one of the best airbnb stays we have had, and we have had many! The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. the kitchen was wonderful and provided us space to cook and enjoy meals as if we were at home. The apartment is very convenient to everything in Anchorage as well as accessing routes out of town. We all slept very well after adventuring each day, thanks to comfortable beds and warm linens. We all would and will recommend this space to friends and family.

Apartment was clean, easily accessible, easy check-in, and it being dog friendly was great.

Very comfortable and quiet place with a ton of helpful niceties about. We loved its central Homer location in a quiet neighborhood. Mary provided lots of little extras that really welcomed us and made the trip that much more enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed our time at Sarah and Ryan’s. The views were great and space was nice. One minor issue is our GPS took us one street farther up, so be aware you need to watch for the house a bit and not mindlessly follow google maps. It happened to my parents on their way in, too. The house had a simply checkout process, which we appreciated. Great spot!

Don’t look further!!! Tonio’s place it’s simply a gem !! You wont regret it. So far it’s been the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at!!! Super comfortable, close to downtown, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Spacious rooms with clean comfy beds. Great area designed to remove and store shoes at the entrance. Super easy check in, kitchen full equipped. And of course Tonio super responsive, even when we haven’t even booked. I felt at home

I was traveling with 3 other adults and 4 children (ages 6, 5, 4, 3). We all agreed that we would definitely book this rental again. It is a brand new construction and everything inside is modern and in pristine condition. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the house was for our stay (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, kitchen spices, coffee). The large windows with the view of the Homer Spit, bay and mountains is what we treasured the most from our stay. Cliff is very friendly and was quick to respond to our questions

This was a great spot to use as our home base while exploring the area. Enjoyed family walks up the road where there are great views of Kachemak Bay (to be clear, it's not visible from the house). Neighbors are completely out of view, so it feels very private. Particularly enjoyed mama and baby moose viewing from inside the porch door as they hung out right outside the house for a few days!

Lovely place with incredible views of Homer and the spit. We rented both units and it was perfect for a large group. The owner was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and accommodated the requests we had. The home is conveniently located by various restaurants and other vendors such as Safeway which made our stay more convenient and enjoyable!

Exceptionally well provisioned. Comfortable and quiet. Better than a hotel room any day

Can’t say enough about the location. We could easily walk to the downtown area. Loved having a grocery store across the street, especially one with a bakery and prepared foods. The house was perfect for two adult couples and 2 kids. Clean bathrooms and good showers. Kitchen was well-equipped and the host provided coffee beans, a grinder, coffee makers and all the fixings. We were super happy with this house!

Happy was very friendly and quick to respond! The house fit 10 of us just perfectly! The washer n dryer worked great! It was quite n peaceful! The sweet rolls she made were awesome!. I highly recommend staying at Happys!!
