Tara and Jason were amazing hosts! They’ve created a wonderful atmosphere for a family vacation with lots of inside and outside activities. We couldn’t be happier with the condition of the home. The extras in the kitchen were so helpful as we prepared some family meals. When the power went out from a snow storm, they responded quickly and made sure the generator was keeping us safe and warm. Very thankful for their focus and dedication to their guests!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at this charming cabin, and I can honestly say it was one of the best getaways I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Feras had thought of everything to make the experience truly memorable. The cabin itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and with every detail carefully considered. The decor perfectly balanced rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clear that Feras wanted to make sure we had an stress-free and relaxing time, and his attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. In short, this cabin offered everything we were looking for and more—comfort, style, and thoughtful touches that went above and beyond. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Johnathan is a great host; very attentive and made sure he stayed in close contact with us to answer any questions we had. His house is in a great central location of Waterville and was perfect size for me and my family of three. This is our second time staying with him and we will definitely stay again when we are in the Waterville area .

We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

We were a group of 5. It was a beautiful location- right in front of the lake! Had amenities like the hot tub, reclining and massage sofa, full kitchen with new appliances etc. The host was very responsive, we ended up extending our stay to another day because there was lots to do! There’s a projector to watch a movie too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing time with friends!

We had the best time! The two separate cottages provided were fantastic. Well appointed with a nice country vibe. Never turned on the TV. Just played cards, ate and talked. Very relaxing. We brought our boat and it was so convenient to tie up at Josée’s dock. The fishing was great too! I highly recommend.

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

Staying a 'Stella' was an absolute dream! This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and every detail was so well thought out. The location strikes the perfect balance - peaceful, remote, and private, yet just a short 15-minute drive to local shops, restaurants, etc. The trails were fantastic, offering so much to explore, and the entire property felt like a tranquil escape. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully crafted, with unique touches in every corner that made it even more charming. It's clear that the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. We made such wonderful memories here with our two pups! If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming getaway, Stella it is! Highly recommend! :)

An absolute dream getaway! This A-frame cabin was the perfect space for our weekend retreat. The tranquility and peace it offers are unmatched-truly a place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after a long day of hiking. Everything was well maintained, and Mitch was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and experience this incredible property again!

We cozied in for a couple of days, highlights were playing board games and the hot tub on the deck. Pretty pond just steps away. The heart of the cabin is the back deck.
