What a location! Right in the middle of Perkins Cove. The view from the back deck is EVERYTHING! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Approx 1 mile from town. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Loved the experience of staying in the heart of Perkins Cove!

This spot was great for me and my group of friends (7 people in total) for a long weekend trip! Everyone was able to have their own beds, the house felt spacious for our group, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We really enjoyed our stay in particular, the indoor pool in the basement, the sauna, and the views. Easy check-in with a door access code. Private driveway had plenty of room for our 4 cars (with space for potentially a couple more cars too if needed). Thank you for the stay and we would definitely be up for staying again if we are ever in the area in the future!

Ina and Tonys House was perfect! We Travel to the North Conway area every Year to Ski With the kids and never thought of staying in Fryeburg, but it's very convenient to all the ski areas. The house was perfect!! very secluded with amazing mountain Views, big yard with amazing views. The interior was perfect, spacious rooms perfect wide open grand living area. the master bedroom with large bathroom with huge walk-in shower, perfect after a long day of skiing. We can't wait to go back. I am very hesitant to leave this review because almost dont want people to find out about this place because i want it to be available me next year and years to come. This was a great place to stay! It’s in a great location and everything is walkable. It’s super close to the beach which is so nice. The house is super clean, very well organized, and Nick was very good with communicating!

We had a very pleasant stay! I recommend the home and experience to those looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The backyard is amazing and location was close to everything we wanted to do

Amelie was extremely responsive and friendly and offered early check-in, which was helpful for us! The home looks just like in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable both day and night, in addition to being just gorgeous and cozy. It's clear that Amelie put a lot of thought into every detail, from how the space is organized and decorated to the functionality of the space. We also appreciated the clarity of the instructions and a nice bottle of wine to wait for us as we arrived as a sweet surprise :) We would absolutely recommend the place to both friends families with kids! Lots of space for kids to explore and nap in and no clutter to be worried about! A big thank you to Amelie!

Matt’s place was welcoming comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Matt was always responsive within a few minutes. Matt’s place was conveniently located to Portland with restaurants and shops. Spent A day at Cape Elizabeth, Peaks island and dinner in Naple….. previous visit was to Boothbay Botanical garden Really a great state to visit!!!
