Thank you so much Maria, for such a great stay. We were 2 families with 2 dogs and we all had a lovely time. Your home was spacious, very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was a great size, perfect for gatherings and had plenty of crockery and glasses. The bathrooms were large and spotless. Bedrooms comfy. Close to Whitchurch which had some lovely walks. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

Bridget’s cottage was absolutely tremendous! It felt homely, warm and welcoming! It was private and out of the way without being miles away from what you needed. We stayed with our 18 month old and dog who had a lovely time too. The stair gate on the bedroom was great as it gave our son freedom to wonder about upstairs whilst we got ready. There was also plenty of room for the travel cot too. Bridget was excellent at giving local recommendations and instructions for the cottage. We tried Rye in Frome which served excellent coffee! So thank you for that too. A perfect Christmassy getaway! Felt like the holiday! Thank you so much xx

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Thank you 🙏🏽

La maison de Lyn est superbe, propre, joliment décorée, confortable et, somme toute, très accueillante. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est située pas loin du centre ville. Lyn est une hôte accueillante et attentionnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner et sa gentillesse en général.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Excellent stay at Steves place in Bruton - the house is perfect for a couple and had lots of nice touches such as milk in the fridge and a welcome basket. Very safe location and parking available too! Lovely restaurants and cafes in Bruton which are a short walk - i highly recommend At the Chapel for breakfast and the Newt! Our experience at Steves place with superb and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others/stay again! Thank you Steve!

Beautiful cottage which was beautifully presented. Clean and very well equipped. I have stayed at lots of Airbnb properties and this was the best. Very helpful and communicative host; some lovely welcoming touches; very well stocked with most things you could need in the kitchen including some extra basic food and drink items that can be used. Lovely Molten Brown toiletries in the bathroom were provided. Very comfortable beds and furniture is exceptional throughout the property. Plenty of space and all amenities are well thought through to ensure your convenience and comfort. Two great bedrooms, one with en-suite shower. Bathroom downstairs is spacious. Bespoke kitchen is amazing with large fridge/freezer and all other amenities exactly as described. Location is good, very quiet, easy parking and a choice of some lovely local pubs serving great food. Very restful, with nice walks nearby for my dog. Good size secure garden at the back. We had a really great weekend in Rebecca and Paul’s lovely apartment. Location is fantastic for exploring Bath - you couldn’t be more central and are surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and pubs. The apartment has everything you could need and we felt at home straight away. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit Bath.

Absolutely lovely space! We came down for a wedding, yet had a bit of time to explore the area as well! Great recommendations from the host and was very convenient with the “things to do, see & eat” book. I would highly recommend and also rebook. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. Great location, charming and kind host, beautiful and stylish flat with a great range of bathroom unguents.

A fantastic central location. All of the main sites are within walking distance and many 'just round the corner'. The apartment represents good value given it's location in comparison to local hotels. There are great many cafes and restaurants and pubs close by. We were able to park quite easily in the Manvers Street car park - all parking in Bath is expensive and you should be prepared for this - but in any case very few hotels in central Bath have parking either. With this in mind public transport is the best to way to arrive in Bath if your travel plans will allow (the apartment is also close to the railway station). The apartment is clean, well organised and very comfortable.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

Lovely stay in a great part of town. My wife and I loved being so close to Colonna and Smalls, Society Cafe and Corkage. Perfect for few days away.

Another perfect stay at this amazing place. Peaceful but within walking distance of the city. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather with easy access to the Bath skyline walk. The Place is so beautifully appointed, it really is our favourite place to stay. Thank you, can’t wait to return.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

We had a wonderful group stay at Anthony’s beautiful home. It is a unique property, rich in history and stunning interiors. The large garden was lovely to relax in and we enjoyed several local walks. The house is warm, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Anthony was kind and responsive from the start and could not do enough to help. We would recommend this property highly.

We stayed at the villa for 4 days to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday and it was just as perfect as in the photos. They house is extremely clean and well-stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Alasdair was very proactive, providing clear instructions and recommendations that were very helpful. You could tell that the house is laid out in a very thoughtful manner to make it as convenient as possible for the guests. One of the best airbnb stays we've had that exceeded our expectations in every way!!

Lovely house - was perfect for a medium-sized group (8 adults and a few under-5s). The views over the balconies are lovely and crucially the balconies are west / southwest facing, meaning we got lots of sunshine unlike the properties on the other side of the lake. It was end of Feb 2025 and we were happily walking around in t-shirts and making full use of the hot tub! Overall it's a lovely house with great sized bedroom, nice bathrooms with showers etc. We had a private chef cater dinner one evening and he had plenty of space (and we had more than enough space at the table for the adults). Jan kindly left us a bottle of wine too which we put to good use. Around the lake there are walks you can do, a spa (access to which is included as part of the stay) which worked great with the kids (who loved the main swimming pool), a playground, tennis courts etc. Overall would highly recommend.

I truly believe David’s home “calls you” when your soul needs peace as well as David’s intuitive advice. I have never stayed at a place where the host is nearby (never mind in the same property) and yet, at David’s house I felt extremely comfortable and safe from the start. The house, amazingly located at the feet of Tor’s grounds, is beautiful inside out. It has everything I needed for a pleasant stay, such as, comfortable beds and linen, as well as, a large family kitchen to cook. Yet, its energy, specially in the living room, and garden grounded and soothed my soul. David, the host, gave us the space and privacy needed when one’s on a break. However, he also was a wonderful listening ear and amazing source of advice. Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and I cannot wait to return soon again.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!

Percy has created a lovely home in an art deco building which accommodated 10 of us on a weekend get away for a 50th get together. Lots of room downstairs for socialising around the large kitchen space, lounge and lovely large dining room table. An expansive garden to enjoy in the right seasons and a balcony off one of the top floor bedrooms. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good mattresses and linen. The house is a short bus ride or about a 40 minute walk into Oxford City Centre and Percy provided many suggestions for good pubs and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great stay for a large family or group of friends.

Gorgeous and spacious house in a stunning Cotswolds location. My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and so did our children. I can highly recommend it!
