Amazing space and amazing people. Nothing was too much trouble for Pia and Tom, communication was almost instant and the cabin was basically perfection.

My time on Dunstan’s boat was memorable to say the least! Beautiful views and central location, plus the unique experience of living on a boat, made it an ideal and affordable way to experience Bath. Rail station was super close, as was the city centre; nothing was more than a 10 minute walk away. Dunstan and Raluca were kind, welcoming and beyond helpful; I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of their properties again!

I booked this 3 night stay to spend time with my family and our two Labradors for my 50th birthday. Victoria had ensured my 50 was well advertised and I felt very special with a lovely message and welcome pack. I really couldn’t ask for anywhere better!!!! The house had everything provided. Our water babies (dogs) made amazing lake walks very special. The swimming pool and facilities were lovely and clean and warm. We were extremely lucky to have sunny days for February and throughly enjoyed chilling out and making the best of the sunny front patio area watching the wildlife and taking in the peace and beauty ❤️ and thank you Victoria for your fabulous communication x

A beautiful property finished to a high standard. We didn’t want to leave. The location was also perfect for village strolls, local pub and easy driving access to all nearby towns like Castle Combe, Tetbury etc. Highly recommend.

We choose this beautiful house for a family 'get together' to celebrate a ' big' birthday and we couldn't have chosen better. We all had an amazing time. The house is in a beautiful setting and thankfully we had some beautiful spring sunshine which showed the house off to it's best and meant that we could sit outside admiring the view. It had everything we needed and more. The games room, especially, was a big hit with all ages! We also enjoyed having a walk round the Nature Reserve, swimming in the pool and playing tennis. The birthday and other treats were really appreciated. Thank you Angela and Darren - we would love to come back to your lovely house and make more happy memories one day!

I had the most wonderful, restful, stay at Sue's little cottage! The view is spectacular, rain or shine. The space has everything you would need for a long or short stay. It's a quick, enjoyable, walk into town. The train/cab system is quite easy. I wish I had more time to stay and explore. Bradford on Avon was the perfect get away from the city, and was so beautiful at Christmas time. The food scene was wonderful. I also was able to visit Bath, even with the train systems being down. I recommend having a car if you want to explore more isolated parts of the country -- which i would do next time. Can't recommend enough and so look forward to staying again in the future!

Stayed here with my partner for a weekend and had an amazing experience. Rob/Amanda were very welcoming and super friendly. The Shepard's hut was a unique experience and was extremely relaxing, particularly the wood fired hot tub. Would highly recommend the spa experience with the sauna, cold plunge, and wild swimming. Overall, a perfect place for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Rob and Amanda!

This is our second trip to Lower Mill and this trip was even better, Chris & Alex’s is lovely. It’s nicely tucked away so feels very private and ideally located for some of the longer boundary walks around the lakes. They are brilliant hosts and were incredibly responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Amazing experience in a beautiful setting. The sauna and the bath are a nice touch! A little on the cosy side for 4 adults (okay if two couples though)
