Great stay at Cassies! Last time I was on a solo trip and stayed alone in the move theater suite above the garage. This time the teens were along, they enjoyed long baths while I had a job in town. It was a great start to their WSU spring break and I could see them off to the airport the next day. Cassie was very friendly and responsive, and I learned what a "sham" is from her checkout instructions. I am male so I would guess 95% of guys have no idea (basically its a decorative pillow case). I googled it and left smarter than I arrived. House was great, had everything we need, and even with the two others on site Airbnbs occupied it was VERY quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful location, amazing outdoor spaces, and a clean and lovely home! The hot tub was fantastic. We had a great time, Diedra’s communication was clear and everything was easy. ❤️

This is in a wonderful neighborhood and very quiet. The home was clean but had a few very strong smelling fragrance plug-ins. In the kitchen there is a Kerig coffee machine which was nice to have. In the description of the home it just said there was a pour over. Just thought I would mention it. The host was very accommodating and they gave clear instructions on check in and check out. It was a pleasure to stay. Thank you

My stay was very pleasant. Very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The family and pets were welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

It's a beautiful AirBnB. Close to all things TriCities. We loved the hot tub, chefs kitchen and comfy beds. It only has two bedrooms. So sleeping six means sleeping on a chintzy sleeper sofa for two adults. I would not recommend this place for more than 4 adults. If you have 5, one is going to draw the short straw to sleep on that thin sofa mattress. Blinds didn't work. It was a selling feature of the home that we could enjoy this "home on the river with views". We could not enjoy them from inside because their blinds are broken. It's a nice stay but they've got some work to do before they get a 5 star rating.

This is a repeat visit to this lovely home. Everything about it is top of the line and so clean. Special touches throughout including treats that were left for us. The furniture and appliances that are provided are great-very comfortable furniture and first class appliances. We didn't cook there but it looked as if it would've been easy and a pleasure because of what was provided in the layout of the kitchen. I can't say enough nice things about this home.
