The house is beautiful, accomadations were perfect for our 6 guests and our host was very responsive.

I highly recommend this house for your stay in Tri-Cities area. We like it so much we keep returning. The house is absolutely perfect. Everything is clean. They recently painted the interior and it looks fabulous. The hosts are always super accomodating. We give it 5 stars! Thank you Larry!

Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

We had a wonderful short stay while visiting family in the area. Carlos's 2-bedroom, 3-bed, 1-bath home with a full kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry area was the perfect fit for my family of four and our two small pets. The pet-friendly environment was spotless and had no traces of previous pets, which speaks to how clean and well-maintained the space is. We really appreciated the extra towels and, as a coffee and tea enthusiast, I loved the variety of options provided. We definitely hope this location remains available for future trips to the area.

David was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. We are from California coming to Washington state for my husbands business trip and this was the perfect location with all the amenities we needed. A very good value. I had a comfortable stay in Yolanda‘s apartment. This area conveniently located near grocery stores and the Hapo center. I’ll stay here stand again next time I’m in town for business.

The 3-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, and the King Suite was a real highlight—spacious, beautifully decorated, and the soaking tub was such a relaxing bonus. Everything was spotless and clearly thoughtfully prepared. Check-in was smooth, communication with Shauna was easy, and the location was quiet yet convenient for everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, upscale stay in the west Richland area. We’d definitely stay again!
