My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Dee met us as we drove in, very friendly and polite. The home was spotless and very comfortable. Dee had thoughtful items in the house which were very nice. We are planning another trip.

Definitely a good deal if your looking for a bed for 1 person, there are notably no close hotels in West Richland so this was a very good time saver for me visiting relatives nearby.

Title: Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. I arrived late and didn’t have time to grab coffee. The apartment was stocked and was a life saver. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

What a beautiful home for a great price. Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. 1st time staying at the home I was there 13-weeks, booked again for another 3-weeks.

It is a small, clean place that is perfect for a couple visiting the local wineries. This place is very close to some great wineries, of which we would recommend Terra Blanca and Elk Haven for great wine and customer service. There's not a lot else to do in Benton City, but it's not too far from West Richland and such where there are some restaurants and cafes.

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

Very nice peaceful and quiet home. Tori was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The backyard is fenced in leading to a very private stay in a neighborhood. The front yard is on a busy street but when you enter the home it all disappears. The interior is absolutely beautiful and well put together. We will definitely try to book again when we drive through the Tri Cities.

This was a wonderful place to stay and the host and staff at Muret-Gaston Winery went above and beyond to be welcoming and give us special experiences on the winemaking process during our stay. It was also one of the busiest times for the winery since it was during harvest. I love that they shared the process with us….which was a unique and educational! Not to mention some of the special tastings of the wine making process as the grapes go thru fermentation.

Zachary was very responsive when we were coming to town, would recommend this place! Nice long driveway for boat parking versus having to unhook every night!
