Perfect location for our trip, beautiful interior, very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. Would come back on the next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this property for a week. The host, Pedro demonstrated exceptional responsibility and was consistently helpful throughout my visit. They were prompt in communication, attentive to any needs or questions, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The space was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place is at the top of our list of all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We stayed in 20. The view of NY City was spectacular! The quietness and cleanliness of staying in New Jersey was a great decision. The commute to New York everyday was easy. It’s a short walk from the apartment to the bus stop. From the bus stop to either a ferry or Penn station was a great experience. We will definitely book this Airbnb again and recommend it to friends!

We would stay here every time we visit NY if we could. The neighborhood is great, anything you need is moments away, and communication with the host is spectacular. Absolutely recommend!

Dina & Ed have a really nice one bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and has all you need for a short or long term stay. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with all you need. Thank you.

John's place was fantastic. Spacious, airy and light, it was the perfect base for us to explore NYC. The kitchen was very well-equipped and having two bathrooms made life loads easier. If other guests want a great night out, head for Captain Dan's, Do or Dive Bar and/or The Coyote.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Check in was smooth.. there are many restaurants and bodegas near by.. even a grocery store! Just s half w mile from the light rail which our gracious hosts let me know about, so easy access to NYC! We had 2 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space.. beds were comfortable and so was the couch! Only recommendation I would have is for bigger coffee cups 🤣

Laura was communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay. She proactively reached out, via text, before we checked-in to welcome us and to provide additional information to ensure we were comfortable. The place was exactly as described, and the extra’s were a nice touch - snacks, sugar packets, salt/pepper, fans, humidifier, extra blankets, washer/dryer, etc. During our stay, I had to reach out to Laura around 9pm on a Friday night, and she immediately responded. The neighborhood was cute, had a lot of places close by to shop or eat, and we felt safe. The morning of our check-out, Laura touched base via text volunteering a later check-out, if needed. Although, we didn’t need it, the offer was appreciated. We were in NJ for a Regional gymnastics competition and extended our stay to visit NYC. If I return to the area or want to visit NYC, I will stay here again. Thank you for everything, Laura.

Suhas’ home is a cozy, welcoming spot with comfy beds, a bright living space, and a cute patio—perfect for a chill getaway. Would love to come back again. 10/10

Everything about my stay at Paula’s home was outstanding! Check in was easy at 123. We felt at home in her place. She was very responsive and didn’t wait at all to hear back from her. The house was super clean, smelt good, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Paula’s home to someone else. I would love to rebook again soon. Oh and the kids loved being so close to a park/basketball court and the city lights. Great job hun and we appreciate you.

The home was absolutely wonderful! What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The proximity to transit is great. We also felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement et que dire: l’appartement est joliment décoré et contient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable pour 4 personnes. L’emplacement est idéal. La station du Path est à proximité et vous êtes à 2 arrêts de New York. La station du Path qui est à New York (world trade center) est en elle même magnifique. Que ça soit dans son design, son emplacement, son accessibilité pour rejoindre tout New York en métro , mais aussi tous les magasins qu’elle contient! Nous avons aimé Jersey City pour son côté animé en journée mais plutôt calme le soir, idéal pour se reposer après des journées de marche à New York. Plusieurs restaurants, supérettes et même un grand supermarché sont à proximité de l’appartement. Les hôtes ont été super sympas et Jasen a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. En résumé, nous recommandons cet appartement et nous y reviendrons si un jour nous devrions revenir à New York.

AJ is a very responsive host. Instruction to enter the place are very clear and timely. Always helpful and try to address guests’ questions. Kitchen utensils are sufficient and the place is clean and tidy. The studio is nice and quiet and very convenient in terms of travelling to and from New York City. Lots of restaurants just step away from the studio. Would definitely recommend it to other guests.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated! The location was close to many restaurants and an easy walk to the PATH. We had a great visit!
