We stayed 3-3 to 3-5 and the home looks exactly like the pictures. It's beautiful! It has plenty of parking and walkable to the beach. The instructions are very clear and easy access. Thank you for sharing your home.

We loved our winter stay at Sandy Paws. The remote cottage is up on posts just above the high tide line in a tiny private community miles away from others. There's a long stretch of beach for just yourself, a couple of friendly neighbors, and a handful of locals. The expansive marsh behind the cottage is full of birds, rabbits, and other wildlife. This is a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, but still within 30 - 60 minutes of larger beaches, hiking, and other activities. There were no insect problems during our stay. Consider bringing bottled water for drinking if you're unaccustomed to well water since the house water, while clean and potable, has a "terroir" which takes some getting used to.

Cozy, peaceful guest house in a quiet area. Perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Easy access to the beach. We had fun walking the beach, collecting rocks and shells, and admiring the bay. We also enjoyed playing the foosball and air hockey tables in the evening. Definitely would recommend!

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.

The house was very clean, top to bottom. Beautiful setting overlooking the Prime Hook Pond. We loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a real plus. Bob and Mary were friendly and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! Listing said there was a refrigerator, but it is a tiny dorm style fridge. Otherwise everything was as described.

This is the second time we have been here and we already want to come back. The house is comfortable and clean and the decks out over the bay, and picture windows are fantastic. The upstairs deck is even protected from the wind so even in February we were able to sit on the deck when it was sunny. And Steven is super helpful and responsive.

Very lovely home with awesome views and nice walkable neighborhood. Late November visit so some area attractions, foods were unavailable. Only negative was TV reception, we could not get our personal carrier account accepted for live coverage. We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet.
