My fiancé and I needed temporary accommodations during our move to Delaware - we are so lucky to have stayed here! As soon as we walked in, it felt like an oasis. Immaculately clean and free of clutter. The house is situated in a peaceful location and feels very private. Cameron is responsive, friendly, and understanding. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! Very lovely home with awesome views and nice walkable neighborhood. Late November visit so some area attractions, foods were unavailable. Only negative was TV reception, we could not get our personal carrier account accepted for live coverage. We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet.

We had a phenomenal stay at Melvin's place! From check in to check out we felt right at home. There were toys for our kids, a playground steps away, walking paths by a river, many delicious local restaurants, fast internet, everything we could ask for! The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

Jacqueline was an amazing host—extremely responsive and helpful, even before my stay. I was really impressed by how quickly she got back to me every time I had a question. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a lovely neighborhood. It was also super convenient to get inside thanks to the smart lock. I might have to come back in the summer to enjoy the great looking pool/backyard! Would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful home. We stayed here for the weekend while in town for our niece’s wedding.

Dana was an awesome host! The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the listing. Nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do in the area, 5 stars and will definitely stay again.

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

I stay frequently for work. Place is always perfect and clean, and Cat is always accommodating!

Excellent stay. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. It was a cozy home and our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely keep Margaret's place on our list for future visits.
