When staying here- you feel at home. Decorated in a warm welcoming way, that is free of clutter. The space is very clean and very well put together. Everything you may need from coffee to towels, and everything in between. Broadkill is a decently secluded area so it is very quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to the bay (5minutes) for a peaceful walk. Julie makes a point to make your K-9 feel welcome. With a fenced in yard, bowls, and plenty of space for them to roam. Will definitly be returning! What a great stay we had!

We all had a great stay! Cool beach house was super clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, nice baths- couldn’t ask for a better long weekend to relax, reset, and enjoy the family. Loved the artwork ☺️ Visiting in September we saw the horseshoe crabs but the nearby beaches were nice too!!

We stayed at Sienna’s for a winter getaway. It was secluded and perfect for our stay. Watching snow fall over the bay and beach was amazing.

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay while visiting family in the local area during the holidays. Location was good and enough space for three adults and two dogs. Will definitely rent again.

Our stay at Kelly’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean, with breathtaking views and plenty of wildlife watching. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Our dogs loved it just as much as we did! The property is truly pet-friendly, with plenty of space for walks and a welcoming atmosphere for our pups. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. One of the highlights of our trip was Kelly’s recommendation of local spots. We had dinner at Mending & Sons, a perfect locals’ spot—nothing fancy, but the freshest seafood you can find. Highly recommend it if you're looking for an authentic, delicious meal! We can’t wait to come back again!

Cassie went above and beyond to help us get back something important we left behind. The place was everything we were hoping for a peaceful getaway. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom taking it all in. I would highly recommend staying here & Cassie is a great host. Thank you again, Cassie.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It was exactly as stated! I was very happy with outside and inside has trouble with living room tv/remote, but Zach stayed in contact replying and trying to work that out! Was not an issue as far as comfort peaceful, clean, or any issue it was too minimal. Would love to book here again❤️ I thank you for awesome hospitality!

I travel for leisure and for work. I’m always on the move…this has hands down been one of the best airbnb experiences that I have EVER had. Jennifer & Shannon have a gorgeous home and even more gorgeous family. I felt safe and at home in this space for the duration of my time here. There was care put into the design of the space, thought into the small amenities that we can often forget, and a comforting, at home feel that we miss when traveling. I am so grateful for such a positive experience with this host. I can’t wait to plan my next trip in the warm weather!

Amazing property! So beautiful to be right on the water and the house had absolutely anything we could have possibly needed. The disco/dance space was a brilliant idea. It’s separate from the house so was not keeping anyone up who wished to go to bed. They really thought of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Maria was helpful and responsive. All amenities were as described. We’d we happy to stay at this location again.

This is the perfect spot for a large group! There is plenty of room inside and out, with beds for everyone. It was also great to have multiple rooms with TVs so people could relax, and ample parking space. A great find and great host!

A beautiful little getaway on the cutest little farm! My husband and I traveled back to Delaware to visit friends and family and we are so glad we stayed here! The little A-frame cabin was super cozy with just enough space inside for us and our two puppies. The inflatable hot tub and little patio next to the cabin was so nice! The property itself was very peaceful. We loved how the fire pit was right next to the pond on the property which made for a nice relaxing spot to end the day. Also, Andrea's pups were the perfect co-hosts! We absolutely plan on staying here again!

Our group has a wonderful time at Pratt Farm Lodge. The Barndo was very spacious and perfect for our group to cook big meals while our kids ran around. It has everything we could have needed and made our trip very enjoyable. Ford was a great host who was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.

Took the family for a quick get away before school starts and this airbnb was on point. Very peaceful and relaxing. Hadn’t seen stars at night in a long time. My family had a great time definitely worth it.

I enjoyed my stay with family, it was a beautiful home and I enjoyed every bit of it.

We had a great time! Place was very secluded and peaceful. We got to enjoy morning walks on the beach, collecting seashells and hearing of the ocean waves crash with nobody else around. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities that we needed, both bathrooms were clean and we got to enjoy a nice bath even. The beach had a lot of sandflies, luckily the owners had a bug spray which saved us, but you can also never go wrong with bringing one as well! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome beach house!

Ryan was immediately communicative and helpful! We were welcomed with a beautiful property and a clean and comfy home. There was plenty of space for our entire family to hang out and be together. It felt like home. Ryan and his team had the place ready for us to have a flawless trip and even gave suggestions to us in the area. He worked around our unexpected Florida hurricane that almost ruined our trip, but Ryan made sure we had nothing to worry about! We will be returning again!

Sarah was a good and responsive host. We recommend her bright and sunny home, especially if you have dogs and need a fenced backyard.
